yes, i sew with faux leather a lot! she can be a fussy type of thing to work with. she can be tamed in the sewing process by putting scotch tape under your presser foot to make the sewing easier.
I was surprised that you didn't talk about the sewable leather straps ❤. They are a game changer!!! I have had them previously made at our local leather shop but I prefer Natalie's best! Great show! The vinyls all look to be the best quality. I was surprised that using leather tape wasn’t mentioned. Good to hold layers together especially around challenging curves.

I loved the finished look of the clear vinyl overlay. A previous bag I made with iron-on vinyl looked crinkly and cheap.

I use a walking foot , works well , and also if you put baby powder on the Teflon foot, that works well too ,
