- நாடு முழுவதும் ஜிஎஸ்டி என அழைக்கப்படும் சரக்கு மற்றும் சேவை வரி வரும் ஜூலை 1-ம் தேதி முதல் அமலாக்கம் செய்ய மத்திய அரசு திட்டமிட்டு வருகிறது. இந்த நிலையில் ஜிஎஸ்டி புதிய வரி சட்டத்தின் முக்கிய ஆலோசனை கூட்டம் நடந்தது. இந்த கூட்டத்தில் எந்தெந்த பொருட்களுக்கு எவ்வளவும் வரி விதிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என ஜிஎஸ்டி கவுன்சில் ஆலோசனை நடத்தி இறுதி முடிவை எடுத்துள்ளது. ஜிஎஸ்டியை அமல்படுத்துவது தொடர்பாக, ஜம்முவில் நடந்த கூட்டத்தில் 1,211 பொருட்களுக்கு விதிக்கப்பட உள்ள வரி விகிதம் முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. வரிவிதிப்பு 4 பிரிவுகளின் கீழே பிரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 5,% 12%, 18%, 28% என்ற சதவிகித அடிப்படையிலேயே வரிகள் விதிக்கப்பட உள்ளன. உண்மையில் GST வரியை நாம் எவ்வாறு எளிமையாக புரிந்துக்கொள்வது? விளக்கம் வீடியோவில்!

customer எப்படி பார்த்தாலும் 28% வரி கட்டணும்.GST வரி குறைக்காது. உதாரணம், ஒரு மாதத்தில் ஒரு நடுத்தர ac ஓட்டல் ஒரு பேமிலி சாப்பிட தற்போது 1000 என வைத்துக்கொண்டால், GST வரி 100 அதிகமாகும். மொத்தம் 1100 குடுக்க வேண்டியிருக்கும் :(

GST நுகர்வோர் சார்ந்த வரியாக (consumption based tax) இருப்பது எப்படி சரியாகும்?
உதாரணத்திற்கு, சென்னையில் ஒரு கார் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படுகிறது. அதை மும்பையில் இருக்கும் ஒருவர் வாங்குகிறார்.
GST 12 % என்று வைத்து கொள்வோம்.
SGST- 0 %
CGST- 6%
IGST - 6%
என்று GST பிரியும்.
அதாவது மத்திய அரசும் மகாராஷ்டிர அரசும் 6 % பகிர்ந்து எடுத்து கொள்ளும். கார் உற்பத்தி ஆன மாநிலமான தமிழக அரசுக்கு 1 ரூபாய் கூட வரியாக போகாது. இங்க தான் doubt எனக்கு ;)
ஒரு மாநிலம் தன் வளத்தை படுத்திதானே பொருளை உற்பத்தி செய்கிறது. ஆனால் அப்பொருளை வேறு மாநிலத்திற்கு விற்பனை செய்தால் அதனால் வரும் வரி உற்பத்தி செய்த மாநிலத்திற்கு கிடையாது என்பது எவ்வாறு சரியாகும்?
சொல்லப்படும் காரணங்கள் :
1. வளர்ச்சியடையா மாநிலங்கள் பயன் பெரும். (ஆமா.. ஆனா குடிக்க கூட தண்ணீர் திறந்து விட மாட்டீங்க)
2. முதல் 5 வருடத்திற்கு தமிழகம் போன்ற உற்பத்தி மாநிலங்களுக்கு இழப்பீடு தொகை வழங்க படும் (சரி.. அதுக்கு அப்புறம்? )
3. சேவை வரியில் உங்களுக்கும் பங்கு உண்டு.

Your explanation about GST is sound good. If everything works your explanation means present retail price should be reduced. Let wait and see how it works. As a public we are worried about the action taken for black money. I mean 500/1000 rupees invalid. Poor and middle class people in Q to get one 2000 note but lot of big guys having tons of 2000 note. How they got still now no answer. Firstly we the middle class people welcome the Modi's scheme. But the result is Big Zero. Let we see whether it is workout or not. Another Question when Congress try to bring GST then just opposed Now Congress opposing BJP. What is real true on this? Only media has the responsibility to clear this because we still belive media is one of the pillar OS our nation and paid by us not from government or opposite parties.
