  • DIY cauliflower PIZZA crust! KETO friendly! Easy recipe! Low carb pizza
    ingredients I used for cauliflower crust:
    cauliflower, garlic, salt, cheese
    Preheat your oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
    20 oz bag cauliflower
    Blend in food processor or blender (whichever you prefer)
    Place in pan on the stove and add a little bit of water (to prevent it from burning) stir and add in 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Press down to break up the pieces as much as you can. Do this for 8 minutes total.
    Place aside to cool down for 20 min.
    After cooled down, use a cloth napkin to strain out as much water as you can.
    Once that is done, place back in bowl and add 1 tablespoon of garlic a nice handful of mozzarella cheese and 1 egg. Stir until all ingredients are mixed together.
    Place parchment paper on pan to prevent it from sticking.
    Gather your ingredients in your hands and create a ball out of your cauliflower dough. Place on parchment paper. Place plastic wrap over the cauliflower dough and spread it out into the shape of your choice!
    Place in oven for 45 min.
    Take it out, RAISE the temperature to 450 degrees fahrenheit , flip the cauliflower crust (optional) while you add toppings of your choice!
    Place back in the oven with toppings and cook for another 15-20 min depending on how crispy you like it!
    Let cool down and enjoy a nice healthy keto friendly pizza!
