Ive never heard anyone speak of pelvic floor and how to use it -Amazing i can immediately tell a dramatic difference. This is one of the best instructional videos ive ever seen. Ive found some of these by myself over time but this is a gold mine of fundamental techniques, hard to grasp at first but once you get in touch with your body over time it is easy. Hi, can I ask a question, I've been doing what you explained, my rib cage and back are a little sore. I don't know if it should be sore. I was thinking maybe because I'm not used to using those muscles. But I hear the difference in my voice. So what I understood is that you have get the air and just hold it tightly there and don't move it unless you need to for instance if you need to take another breath?
