Great Review.. Thank you so much! We love Aruba but never stayed here. Does La Cabana have its own section of beach where chairs and palapas are included, or do you have to pay extra for these beach amenities? Also, how was the pricing at the onsite restaurants/bars?
You’re welcome! They’re free and available for use, you can contact any guy wearing orange if you need help. The restaurants were decently priced. They’re only expensive if you go to super fancy restaurants. I don’t club or go to bars, but from what another friend mentioned, they’re also not expensive. They’re mostly on the Eagle beach strip, so you can research before.

Thank you for making such a great video! How far is the airport from the resort? When I went to Jamaica, we had a 2 hour bus drive right after we landed to get to the resort, is the $40 round trip worth it or is a taxi cheaper?
Hey! You’re very welcome. When traveling I’m big on getting shuttle buses. They literally stopped at one hotel before La Cabana. It was like a 10-15 minute ride. The driver gave detailed/fun facts about Aruba which was pretty cool. I believe the taxi is around 20-25 dollars, so it just all depends if you like the convenience of knowing you have a shuttle waiting outside at the airport and that you already paid or getting in a taxi.
Tip: If you decide to take the shuttle back they will pick you up across from La Cabana.

No, not at all during the time I went. I’m not sure if those people went recently and smelled that specific scent though .
While staying at the resort are the chairs under the cabanas free? Wasn’t sure of what they said in the video, do you just ask the guys with the orange shirts and just pick a cabana?
