This has been the best most informative video I ever found on Aruba. I’m visiting in January and doing all the research. Thank you for sharing
Omg thank you so much! So happy that it could help!!
@mandybowers84 If you want additional videos to help with your research check out Let’s Go with Hyro. He uploads frequently and has tons of Aruba content along with various walking videos giving you an accurate perspective on the areas he visits. Happy planning!
Same here ! We’re going January 2024 😊
Going in September!!! Cant wait!!!
Hyro you seem like an old friend and I find a great comfort in watching your videos, especially after the past couple of weeks we lost our little boy he was only 14 but he was a shining spot in our lives and I understand God has plans and we as bottles have to abide by them but when I watch your videos, I pray other times altogether the serenity of the beautiful island of Aruba and the memories that we have going back to 1968 staying at the Sheraton with the swaying Palm trees at night and the beautiful beaches and wonderful people I guess that when I think about it, that’s what keeps me going and your videos connect to thatkeep me going thank you
Good video! The far end of Eagle beach, towards the Costa Linda resort and Manchebo beach is the best IMO. We spent 3 weeks in an AirBNB within 12 mins. walking distance of Eagle Beach and very close to SuperFoods grocery store. Definitely the best bang for your buck vs. staying at a resort. Just make sure you get one with a pool, as it's hot, hot, hot there! Agree about Flying Fishbone; it was awesome! The lighthouse....not so much. Very much a tourist trap. Small passageway to get to the top and when there, it's all screened in, so pictures aren't as good. We took the Arubus several times to visit different places/beaches and felt safe throughout our trip. Rented a car for 3 days as well to see some of the other popular sights, including the natural pool and old church on the north side of the island. Definitely a big change in the surroundings when you head to the other side of island.😯
Great job! Note: I’ve been 18 times in the last 23 years and would like to tell people the amount of seaweed on the beaches is very rare. The public works do a great job maintaining the beaches and typically Eagle beach is pure white sand.
Staying at the Divi Friday! So glad to have found your video! Thank you!
Best vacation I've ever been on went for 10 days. Rented the car from the airport, I should say a Jeep. It was beautiful, amazing. Safer than traveling, the streets of St. Louis Missouri totally, safe🎉🎉🎉
I'm going to Aruba in a couple of days! This video helped so much thank you!
Great Video...We are headed to Aruba September 28th for 10 days....Believe it or not but they have a drag strip there....We are bring a Jet Funny Car...so we will have plenty of time to do things....Best video i have seen so far
Awesome list of activities, definitely took some notes for my upcoming trip. Thanks!
Have the best time! It is an amazing place!
Great video! I'll be there in 6 days for 6 days. I already know I'll want to stay there longer though 😊 Thanks for the informative tips❤
Of course! Enjoy your trip!
I've been to Aruba about 12 or so times and I've got to say, this is probably one of the most accurate and helpful portrayals of the island for any first time visitor to watch. I'm halfway through it now. Just a few things so far. Where were you when you got all bitten up by mosquitos? I've never had that problem. Also, when you said the ocean is very warm, were you off Palm beach? I've always found the water to be on the cooler side, but that's on Eagle Beach. The water in baby beach is very warm, but that's not where you were jet skiing. Ok, continuing the video now....
Also....No need to convert money when you go. The US dollar is accepted island wide. And I know that you guys stayed at the Divi all inclusive. But unless you plan on doing all of your eating and drinking at the hotel, you might want to reconsider staying at an all inclusive resort such as the Divi sister hotels. If you plan on enjoying the many different dining options the island offers, there's no need to pay big bucks ($300-400/night) for an all inclusive resort. Also, if you don't want to rent a car, Aruba has an excellent and inexpensive bus system with routes that go all over the island. You can go all the way to Baby Beach and Arashi Beach using the vast Arubus system. Taxis, which aren't too expensive, are also an option. If you do rent a car, be aware that there are no traffic lights at all on the island. It's all traffic circles, which could be a little confusing. Again, great video.
The advanced scuba cert immediately made my hands sweat 😅 looks like it was a sick trip!
Hahahaha it is a must! We love the scuba diving in Aruba!
Great video. I want to go visit now 😊
Aw thank you! It is such a beautiful country!
Aruba looks absolutely stunning!! You guys did a wonderful job on this video. 😍🔥 I'm just curious, if you had to pick your top favorite thing you did on the island what it would be?
Definitely the Arikok National Park Tour!! That was so much fun and you get to see so much of the island!
@@TheLoversPassportSweet! 😍
Great info!
Hope that it can help!
Aruba is def on my Caribbean bucketlist, but I know it can be a bit expensive if you are looking for an all inclusive resort.
Yes it does get a bit pricey, but the quality of all inclusive is incredible! We loved the Divi resort we stayed at!
The best idea is to avoid all inclusive. There many, many fantastic restaurants around the isle.
I just live Rennaissance resorts. They have private beaches and wonderful restaurants.
I Will return for my 6th visit next May!
I've been to Aruba twice and I've never had a mesquito anywhere near me. Mainly because of the tradewinds.
It is such a beautiful area, but when we visited there was no wind! LOL
I never saw one mosquito either, went in February. There was always wind, but it keeps you from getting too hot.
You just pissed me off! Why make this great video and I can’t enjoy it for another month when I go 😂 great vid bro
HAHAHAHA Have the best trip!
Hi, i like your video. Thanks for sharing, whats the name of your hotel and how many days stay in aruba.¿ thank you
@@fernandorivera3531 we were there for 5 Days and we stayed at the Divi Tamarijin
Any hidden fees or additional deposit fees for car rental? Also, how was the parking around aruba. Such as, parking fees?
❤
Great video! Is the drone footage yours? And did you encounter any local restrictions for flying it?
It is! However we had an authorized permit from the government since we were working with the tourism board there. If you want to fly there you’ll need to apply!
Was the food expensive in arashi beach??
It’s good going in November?
Divvy Tamarind costs over $800.00 a night:(
Can you please recommend an affordable Airbnb withing 5-10 minutes walk to the nice beaches if you know of any? Looking for $150.00 or less per night, but still safe and nice, if there are any.
The prices vary depending on the time of the year you visit, unfortunately. If you go on Airbnb and set your preference for price, beach proximity, etc. it will recommend locations for you!
Is the Flying Fishbone a good place for someone single to have a meal?
Biutiful very cute ❤❤
Aw thank you so much!
wouldn't that be a water "de-salinization" plant?
It has the #1 ship wrecks in the Caribbean because Bermuda is not in the Caribbean.
Ami ta din aruba ami sa how pa papai aruba
"It's directly across from Venezuela" There's no Venezuelan gangs causing havoc there like they are in the U.S?
