    Wonderful series. For me it is important to listen to the emotion’s message about my unmet or met needs, prior on releasing as you mentioned in the Respect day.

      Yes, it makes a lot of sense what you say. In the "Introduction to nmindfulness" videos of IMC, Gil describes a process called BELLA, being the E for Explore (the emotions).
