We love the narrated rolling ! Roy Dean did one a couple hours long….great for learning. As a fairly new 59 year old white belt, I’d love to see more lower level guys rolling, like white belts rolling with purple belts…just because watching the higher belts, their skill level is so different. Thx !
Totally understand if you're too busy but bjj has helped me in so many ways overcome depression and hopefully become a better father and husband.I do a weekly vlog about how I deal with my mental health issues and how bjj helps to try anf help others.If you were ever up for an interview as an expert in the field that would be awesome.That said I know that's a huge ask so no drama at all if not.Thanks again for your awesome content James Brighton UK
