I loved watching Lucy’s Larking Adventures - one of the OG mudlarkers ❤ I have also missed her and I felt terrible when I heard about her husband’s death.
Ah Lucy's Larking Adventures was the first mudlarking videos I ever watched, which then had me hooked. So sad about her husband and that she's no longer mudlarking 😢. Really enjoyed your video Sarah and Mick, thanks for taking us with you 😊
They make beads too, they would love that cane looking thing to make beads. But I’m saying this without their knowledge. So they may tell you different
Lucy's Larking was a favourite of mine. It was only a couple of weeks ago, i was thinking of her and wondering where she had gone. I hadnt seen any posts for such a long time. You just don't know whats going on in peoples lives. It was absolutely heart breaking to hear the terrible news, of her dear husband passing away. 💔 I for one will definitely go look her posts up again. What a shame for her and their families. Well this lark turned out well for you both. Freezing it may have been, but interesting too. I loved that you were generous in giving the young Scottish lad some treasures to take away with him. I bet you've got a new follower there. Plus it will I'm sure, help to create a new generation of people to go out larking. It was also great to see deer, of all things and badger holes being dug. Nature finds a way. Good health wishes to you and Mick Sara. Hoping all goes well with Mick's next op. What a time you having. 😘 xxx
Aw, so that's what happened to Lucy's Larking Adventures. She was one of the first mudlarking channels I found. Another channel that has disappeared is Lancashire Larks. Any word on Rob and Collette? Glad Mick is home now, and I hope continues healing. Have a wonderful week you two!
Awesome finds! I have been seeing quite a few mud larkers who have been finding ceramic doll furniture very odd because they are rarely found! I been looking at a lot of arts and crafts, doing searches on mixed media art and miniature making, There are more and more videos on making doll stuff and mixed arts, I can and do sit and watch all I can to learn more! I am thinking of going to my own woods and gather lichen and moss and dry and dye them to make miniature plants and things for crafts. Those broken cogs and such are so prefect in those crafts and the old brushes with holes , can actually be bases that dried flowers and such can be put into the holes with glue.. makes for a pretty wreath or bow . I can imagine trying to get things out of frozen ground is quite difficult indeed and we so thank you for going out there and braving the elements to put out videos.
Sarah, You should keep your marbles in one of those nice aqua [pickle jars ?] that you find. I keep marbles & collar studs I dig here in the US in aqua canning jars along with pipes and pipe bowls. They display well in them.
Hello Mick & Sarah, this was so much fun and you found so many hidden gems! 😮 I can’t wait to see what you make out of some of these on your craft channel. Mick always comes out a champion with his finds! I am very happy you are both doing well. Mick take it easy and NO more hospitals okay? I pray for you both for safety and protection over your health in Jesus Mighty Name. Amen. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💜😘
Eclipse? Don't you mean elyips. Hilarious. Excuse my spelling if wrong. My dyslexia. I taught myself to spell. So absolute rubbish at spelling. In my day this did not exist. So was labeled as backward, stupid , dumb. So I switched off , because I was passed over by teachers. Now children are encouraged, hopefully. Or maybe not, because I was watching a program or may be it was the news that dyslexia is being overlooked again and missed by teachers. Lovely marbles. ❤❤❤.so glad you found them😂😂😂
we been doing this for meny years we have taken so much bottle we dont need them unles we see one that stands out , at the we would take bags of bottles. but we still show the bottle
So sweet of you, Sarah, to share your finds. You're right, you could be encouraging the next generation of larkers!

That was nice of you to give that boy the lead horse and that marble. Great video as always
That door knob looked just like a mushroom.
If Charolette doesn’t want the doll cabinet. Give it to Gail and Alex. They love doll house things!
They are the ones that got me to join your site
They make beads too, they would love that cane looking thing to make beads. But I’m saying this without their knowledge. So they may tell you different

Use marbles for legs for trays. Great video & cool goodies for crafts! The slate, put styrofoam in holes for flowers, add extras on ends.

Sarah. You’re such an intrepid climber.I think that you should be renamed Sherpa Tensing!!! Sent with love,as always.xxx
Great idea!!
Homogenized milk is where it’s pressurized to disburse and mix in the fat so it doesn’t float to the top
You seem to collect rubbish when there are so many great bottles laying around
we been doing this for meny years we have taken so much bottle we dont need them unles we see one that stands out , at the we would take bags of bottles. but we still show the bottle
Funny how I can’t understand a thing that is being said.
That handmade German marble you found was a onions marble worth up to a thousand dollars or pound's.
All those bottles are worth money in America. All of the green ones and the slicks . The embossed auto matticly start at 20 to 30 for common bottles
