Decided to follow the Brian_F team because they seemed like a bunch of hooligans and man, what a wholesome group of folks. Was watching Brians' stream for the final coach-off and the kids are joking like they do at the start of the match, but then right at the start brawlpro or koefficient says something like "hey, let's support coach" and the whole group gets quiet and focused. Such a difference from the start! This slam has done such a good job of generating wholesome growth content. Brian_F is great at teaching people from different backgrounds and keeping the kids on the bus.

The only problem is that Doki does not really like the way things are going, after their matches ended, she immediatly left and on her steam said that Brian (and the team) is too serious and because of her previous performances, she was feeling a lot of pressure and all she wants is to "vibe" and banter with everyone, but they were too focused/serious. She even mentioned that she told Sajam she wanted a fun team that didn't really care about winning, just having fun.

Watching again since I watched from Lily's POV, and it's so interesting being invested in a team. It got me wondering how sports fans get satisfaction, because I don't think they get to hear this kind of chemistry of the group during a game, or hearing a player's thoughts as they're playing or training-it's so much more personal. Being able to see the process and progress first-hand, it's impossible to not cheer for someone.

It’s been a lot of fun to watch and some of these matches were extremely hype. The amount of footsies in Sykkuno vs Doki was awesome to see. Amour’s Monda vs Eskay was also amazing down to the last interaction.

What happened to the commentator from the 1st day ? I prefer Justin but I'm just curious.

Probably nothing noteworthy. Either Rynge was meant to be a sub and Sajam always wanted one of the bigger commentators/personalities, or scheduling just happened to not work out for Rynge to come back.

I'd like some other people around here to convince me i'm not crazy. I'm starting to think huntress is cheating, the level of perfect parry accuracy vs the deejay matchup was absurd especially multiple double perfect parries on his Heavy air slasher. It feels so absurd the last time i saw parries like that was angrybird vs kakeru where kakeru just mentally ascended to parry every single dragon lash in existence.

Having a live coach helps a lot, takes a lot off the mental stack. Fireball is also alot easier to react to than Dragon Lash, especially when you aren't worrying about as many options bevause Huntress isn't playing against AngryBird lol.
