      Great to see you here too Bruce! I've been following Cap, Yang and Choi for almost all of the 2 and a bit years since Cap started this subtitled channel (there's also a main Korean language channel, same high quality content just I can't read it as well! 😄 ) and the guys always do such a professional job with both the work and the editing that I keep coming back! Plenty of good stuff in the archive if you get bored too.

    That whole system looks a mess! Especially if the restaurants are the main cause of the headache for the landlords and tenants of the apartments.
    Going great work, as always 🥰

      They didn't help themselves when they had that new pipe put in with the reverse slope. In fact they made their lives 10X harder because they're idiots.

    Is there absolutely no grease abatement policy in S. Korea? Is dropping used oil down drain pipes their only option? Any oil recycling there for biofuel use? I know this keeps you very busy with business, but it also appear to be a huge tedious practice to say the least.

    Korea must be a little different from the states on grease traps. Out here all the pipes leave the building and there is a hole (Like this well) where the grease builds up so avoid going into the sewer system. Atleast down here thats how it works.

    I have a (maybe a stupid one) question! You talk alot about oil. Then sometimes you mention grease. Is oil and grease somehow different things because you talk about both?

    How do you tell the gradient from the video camera? Is it due to how the water is flowing?

    • @joshuaguenin9507
      @joshuaguenin9507 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      If the water is pooling, the gradient is bad

    • @legionofanon
      @legionofanon 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      A properly sloped pipe wont hold water like a lake, itll flow like a stream. Basically if it covers the camera, the pipe has sagged and has bad gradient. Or imagine a P-trap, its like that, but on a longer scale

    Great video! What I don't understand is when you are jetting a line, why do you stop the jetting process and go to the camera so much? I would rather see you use 10,000 psi and just blast it until you have clear water! I also want to see someone at the end of the drain pulling out large pieces of grease. Thank you

      I am guessing to make sure they are going the right way, or to check how far they went, or to check the pipes for any problems, or to make sure the tool they are using is doing its job, if not, then they will switch tools.
