I like to collect 90s screamo 7"s. They called it punk but media labeled it screamo. Very cool stuff. Saetia, plunger, wrought:ironsmile. All good stuff man.
Cool collection, those punk 7" have a lot of visual, DIY appeal with the picture sleeves to go along with the music and kind of promote the attitude and philosophy. A buddy of mine has an awesome punk singles collection, not hardcore but the original UK stuff, I'm trying to get him to show it in a video. Same kind of visual style anyway with the sleeves and design. Cheers Cue!
Nice! Thanks for sharing! How many videos are you planning to throw in 'My Hardcore Punk Records' sires? Hope hell lot of them! Subscribed already! Looking forward to catch up with your old videos.
+Aleksander K Thanks for watching!!! Really glad that you are enjoying the vids. I ended up making three hardcore punk record videos. There might be some more in the future or in my monthly vinyl haul vids ! Again, thanks for watching, means a lot !! Cheers!!
Thanks for watching !!! That place is pretty awesome ! It's been a while since I've been there so I'll need to make a trip pretty soon ! Plus, there's a awesome and delicious doughnut shop that's pretty close to it that I need to visit again lol those doughnuts have been calling my name ! lol
Man, I haven't watched that documentary in forever. I used to rinse that soundtrack too. Never even thought to look for it on vinyl! Chain Reaction is such a legendary venue for the music I grew up on, but I've never been as I've never made it out to the states. Would love to go there one day. So much history. Cool collection, doesn't look like you're in to much 'new' hardcore, any reason for that out of interest?
Thanks for checking out the vid ! I hadn't watched it in a while too so I re-watched it as I was editing the vid. It really is such a great doc. Well hopefully you can make it down sometime to experience a Chain Reaction show! It's a tiny ass place but I think that's the reason why he shows are so incredible. You are right in the middle of it all. Very intimate. And yes, I definitely favor the 80s hardcore these days. I fell off a while back and haven't really tried to listen to newer stuff. I miss it so I will try to catch up with the newer bands and maybe go to shows again. Any recommendations ?
Nice video, nice collection. I'm more into underground punk stuff, but definitly pick up some records you have shown. I'm uploading Punk/Hardcore punk/New Wave stuff on my channel. Mostly german things. Maybe you find something for you there^^
I suggest you checkout Warkrime. They’re an underground punk band from Frisco and I’m pretty sure the lead singer actually went to Syria and fought with the Kurds for awhile.
Great collection! All the classics!
Gotta keep it classy ! Thanks for watching !!!

I'm trying to get into more hardcore punk bands. do you have any suggestions?
You should check out part 2 and 3 ! I go through all my hardcore records. Any of those bands would be a great way to get into hardcore punk
+The Cue Up I will. Also how do you clean your records?
Thumbs up

That Rotting Out 7" is with their old singer, not Walter.
I kinda came in my pants when I saw the inside out lp😂😂😂
Haha I did too when I saw it at the store lol
De La RO-CHA
gb lp 90s? that came out in '87
I think their records came out in 88 and 89, I just generalized them as 90s hardcore out of laziness lol
Nice black flag shirt
Thanks ! It's one of my favorites !
+The Cue Up how was your record store day? Will you be doing a video?
+The Jebdude haven't gotten a chance to go, probably won't be able to visit any stores today ☹️
The Cue Up Ever hear of the God Bullies , Hand Over Head or Thrall ???
I haven’t ! Gonna check them out ! Thanks so much for the recommendation!
...youngsters this day. I have 7000+ 12" and 300+ 7" I got back in the 80's
No one cares dude.
@@wolflarson6831no one cares you don't care
If it came out after 1985 it doesn't count.
yes it does
I like to think the official hardcore punk scene ended in 1986
