- My daughter gave birth to a baby boy on July 2, 2022. Her milk production was not yet up and running so the nurse brought a cup of processed breast milk for the two-day-old baby Theo.

Congratulations on the birth of your son & grandson!! He is so adorable & did really well drinking from the cup-he was definitely hungry!! Despite all the negative comments from others, I'm quite sure the doctors, you & your daughter had Theo's best interests at heart!! I pray that all of you are thriving.

The nurse came with that small plastic cup. Too young to make him drink from a bottle according to the pediatrician. It was only for a day while waiting for the mother to produce breastmilk.

Mi hija aún no está produciendo suficiente leche materna por eso solicitó leche materna procesada al hospital porque su bebé siempre lloraba. La enfermera trajo la leche en un pequeño vaso de plástico.

@@n.tatali6971 Дело не в деньгах. В больнице не советуют кормить новорожденных из бутылочек. Они рекомендуют грудное молоко от матери. Кормление ребенка в пластиковом стакане было лишь временным решением на один день, потому что у матери еще не было достаточного количества грудного молока.
Видимо денег на бутылочку не хватило. Из чего только не кормят

I live in a muslim country.
We bfeed in public but 'cow bags' are not seen bcoz we cover ourselves with our hijab and a large cloth.
If only non bfeeding women in other parts of the world will also cover their cowbags properly , away from the people on the streets.
