3 Ways to Forgive Someone Who Has Hurt You Deeply
1. Prepare in Advance to Forgive Someone “When” They Hurt You Deeply
The more you believe in someone’s perfection, the more it hurts you when you see their imperfections. By preparing for imperfection before you see it, it can better equip you to offer forgiveness, because it will be needed.
2. Forgive Imperfect People Who Have Hurt You Deeply Because of Your Perfect God
Christians are called to always forgive not because people deserve this but because God always deserves this from us (Ephesians 4:32).
3. Remember that Reconciliation Is a Process But Forgiveness Is a Choice
God wants us to be reconciled when possible. Sometimes it’s not possible because you would be then acting unwise with your heart (Proverbs 4:23). If you do reconcile, it takes time to mend the relationship. Forgiveness, however, is a choice we can make in an instant. Forgiveness is when you no longer punish someone even though they deserve it.
Forgiveness is not a feeling. It’s a decision.

It isn’t our place to punish someone for their wrongdoing. Yes it hurts, but forgiveness will always make feel better. Let them be judged by our Heavenly Father as you will be.

I have true anger issues. Serious issues. I was starting to tumble through the rabbit hole, then I thought I'll search How to Forgive Someone, even though I didn't expect anything to work.
A whole screen of videos came up and I thought I'll be going through all of them. 😡😡

The 2nd point started me crying, and I prayed to Jesus to please forgive me for my sins that put Him on the cross.
The only reason I'm not medicated for my anger is because I lie to the psychologists, so I hope you can understand the immensity of this video God must've put into your heart.

It means, that no matter if it makes you feel hurt, sad, angry, upset, you can let it go.
