Panama seems beautiful. Never thought of vacationing there. Time to change that
I've heard that Panama is very nice, but I've never been there. As hard as you work on a regular basis it's wonderful to see you taking a break & going some place warm & beach. especially since there's so much snow & cold where you live. So enjoy every minute of your time there, & YES, the zinc sun block recipe would be very helpful. I have so much tallow stored in jars in the refrigerator from making oxtail bone broth, as per your guidance.l

I also never use sunscreen. And i would be interested in seeing video on how to make your zinc sunblock as it is a good idea not to burn. I usually just wear a hat and put on a t-shirt after getting some sun. Enjoying your videos 😎

I do know about the mics
But i choose not to carrying any special equipment when I hike. But thank you - as i always say this is real life and we have wind lol
I've NEVER used sun blockers either.Always just appeared to me to be a huge marketing scheme.I start at 15 min in the sun,slowly prolonging my exposure . Have never burned.

I am curious about your zinc cream but not for sun block.
I have very fair skin but I have never applied that toxic sunblock crap to my skin in 60 years.
I work all day in the sun so I accept some sunburn as normal every summer.
But last year on Carnivore, not a single sunburn.
Did some research and found out that most people on Carnivore do NOT sunburn because of the change in the dermis layer due to fatty acids.
But I understand that this protection could take up to 6 months to develop so zinc cream would be good until then.❤
My cream is also made with tallow, which is very nourishing and bio available to our bodies
The best part is that it is waterproof, which is very important
