Wow! You are SO open and honest. At over 50 myself, I could NEVER have done that pan down with the camera. You look fabulous, btw. 🤩The results speak for themselves, but thank you for going into so much detail about all your experiences on carnivore.

Marie, that was fascinating! Thank you for doing the Q&A. You look and sound healthy, and you are an inspiration!
I've been following you for the carnivore videos, but as you mention the various homemade products (sunscreen, bug spray, etc.) I think I may need to check out your homesteading content too!

The reason I originally started homesteading was for the past 30 years. I have always made things at home to care for my family while living in the city the minute I was able to quit work, move to the country and truly homestead. I started the channel.
Carnivore just became another playlist of my interests

Thank you! Love watching you as you are probably the only rare one who is not trying to sell or advertise- and it’s so refreshing!!… seems like every carnivore promoter wants you to buy Redmond salt or Lmnt.. 😂Your episodes are short and to the point. We are in South Florida.
Question 1: do you have your own group on facebook or anything like that? We would love to share photos of our progress over 30 days on carnivore.
Question2: You have not mentioned or showed any recipes with fish. 🐠 🐟 🎣 why?
Sharing recipe: we recently discovered an awesome alternative to sardines (there lots of hype about eating sardines, sardines fast etc).., but if you take 1 can (drained) of wild caught salmon (420g), two cans of cod liver in own oil (121g each, drained), one can of Riga smoked sprats in oil (160g-190g, keep the oil, don’t drain), then add some diced red option, mustard, butter mayo (homemade) and salt, pepper, couple hard boiled eggs, and finely diced pickle medium size. Then cool for 1 hr in fridge… try on carnivore crisps or just on its own.. tell us what you think?

My goal is to share information and have people share with themselves not to promote businesses or groups
I am not an expert. I am just sharing my experiences and helping other experiences.
Yes, I was planning to do a Facebook group but wanted to see the interest coming from these videos first
I do want to limit how many different avenues I’m investing my time in .
The reason I haven’t shown fish is because my husband is not a fan. My girlfriend is joining me in 10 days and she like myself love fish so we will be going to the market together. I’ll do a video on that and then we will be cooking some up

This fish recipe is very interesting. I just don’t know if we can get some of the stuff in Canada.
I’ve never seen cod liver in can, and I don’t know what smokes sprats are
So now you have given me some research to do
But being a Portuguese heritage, we don’t eat canned sardines as a go to
We eat them fresh on a charcoal grill with lots of salt.
      thank you

@@HomesteadOntario Oh we got all the cans from Amazon.will definitely try grilling sardines (still have a half bag of frozen left) as nor boiled, nor baked didn't go well... even cats refused! LOL

      The trick to grilling sardines
      Is salt them heavily?
Grill on very high heat charcoal works best
      DO NOT OVERCOOK

You are doing so well and you look Marvelous!
I like making Carnivore pizza using cheese, eggs and shredded chicken as a crust. Sometimes I make the crust using eggs, cheese and cauliflower. Toppings include meats and cheeses. God Continue to Bless you immensely ❤

It was really interesting to hear more about you, Marie. You have lovely skin, very youthful looking. I've been on carnivore for seven months. Age 65. I really love how I feel on this way of eating but there is room for things to get even better. I suspect oxalate dumping but there is no way of really knowing for sure.

i enjoy your content and your flexible approach , wife made honey chicken n rice ( cubed, egg wash , rolled in flour, fried ) i decided to do mine in lard but rolled in powder milk , i did burn em a bit , like the bottom of the rolls you made with the milk powder i suppose its the sugars in it , i suppose maybe the oil was too hot as well , anyway no honey but i made like a tzaki with sour cream and greek yoghurt an some herbs as a dipping thing, just thought i'd tell you and i spent a couple of months in 95 in badajoz spain on the portugese border with a broken vw kombi , love portugal and spain and got back to the food i grew up with , a lot of offal , cheers big ears from down under

Marie can you please show us how to save our bone broth if we don’t have canning materials? Can we just put it in mason jars and refrigerate or freeze and how long would it last refrigerated? Learning so much! Thank you!!

In the fridge no longer than 5 days
Can place in cube trays or bags or freezer safe containers for up to a year in freezer
