Lord Arctus He was only bad in MK9 if you played a tall character. If you played a short one like Kung Lao, Sonya, or Cage all you had to do was duck and Jax couldn't touch you with much.
If you make a character do that much damage with a single hit then don't make him that quick, Tony T did all these combos but Jax hits 3 times and does the damage of Raidens 12 hit combo..
EricScissorkick It should either A) Have it's damage nerfed to about 10% or B) Increase the start up time. I think it would be less annoying if it weren't faster than most other normals or even better: both

tony-t's loss it doesent matter for me. in mk9 i was sure my overpowered combo/reset cyrax - sektor tag were the best tag in damage, skill and in doing reset traps at least in europe .. probly even worldwide i found tony-t's channel. and was amazed. until that point there was no cyrax even half as good as mine. tony-t's cyrax made my cyrax the one man army vs ranked top 10 tag champions in Europe. tony-t won this thing for me double flawless. raiden was a good choise!

Because people that have more experience use the meter to enhance moves to create some combos. If you're good enough you can get more damage done with using meter for combos than a single X-ray
