  • Dennis, Hannah, and Chad worked their butts off prepping and spraying this 54 piece kitchen.
The NEW ProFoam made quick sanding of these MDF doors. We used Very Fine in all 3 thicknesses; 5mm for flats, 10mm & 1/2" for mouldings that needed extra squishiness. 320 Grit Film was used for flat areas. ***It is okay to use a 5" sander for the flat areas with a 320-400 grit abrasive.
We sprayed Renner 648 2k Primer paired with 688 2k top coat with the Tritech T4.

Wow so much tip. Love the tip with sponge move up a little so it can do the rounded part.

Wicked information! Thanks for this generous and concise run-down, it’s very appreciated for newbie/homeowners like me. Just ordered my Surfprep and am itching to start sanding stuff! I’m obsessed!
