In my experince in non TCI Tiva is better you use bolus fentanyl acordingly pain stimulation base to avoid fentanyl acumulation. And give ketamjn in the first to reduced induction dose of poropfol. And after that a long operation not give ketamin any more for good recovery

in remote area can we use ordinary syringe pump for Propofol and remifentanyl. Give me advice tips for that
