Scott is right. Almost all metalheads watched Married with Children back when it was popular. There was so much cool shit back in the late eighties and early nineties.
I think Anthrax is by far the most likeable bunch of the big four. I saw them in 2005 headlining With Full Force and it was so great. You can tell when the chemistry is right with a band.
amazing. 4 bands for $20. everybody got paid and everybody was happy. what would the same show cost today, $300, $400,$500? i still regret not quitting my job to see this tour!
Inflation what’s a $20 worth in today’s money? Also, after 9/11 and 2020 events touring is more expensive. Also, also no CDs to supplement touring. Touring to sell CDs and records back then. Just to break even today touring $100 a ticket
They were trained really well to deliver their lines on the episode. Usually when you get guest stars who don't act for a living, it can come off with less than desirable comedic timing. But they nailed it.
Anthrax, no hype. Blown away to watch the band on Married with Children. Mum and Dad this band is a real band and I'm going to be a musician. My parents RIP so proud...Best thrash band. Each member is a real musician.... ✌️🤘🏴🇦🇺
when He mentioned about meeting Clint Eastwood, and Morgan Freeman at the Dinner event, they Clint, and Morgan were in the midst of Filming "Unforgiven"
Some fun bit of information from Scott's book, is that there was an idea written into the script when the band was playing at the end, where Kelly was supposed to take Scott by the hand and lead him upstairs like a groupie, disappearing from the set, to suggest that she was going to have sex with him. The writers apparently decided against it, and just kept everyone downstairs.

It was perfect. I loved that episode.
The episode also reminded me a lot of the ‘80s BBC show “The Young Ones.” Great stuff all around.
Yesssss! Motörhead!
LOL Joey Belladonna has looked 50 years old for the last 40 years.
He actually looks younger now than he did 40 years ago 😅
