a lot of games in standard are decided by who goes first. I don't notice when I win, but if I lose, I realize I could have won if I had played first, and it makes me frustrated and sad. I rage quit and stay off the arena for a few days. today is one of those days, so I'm here watching puppies.

CGB Question for you on the game @32:00. Can you order your triggers differently to have the Winota triggers resolve first and have the dog's +1/+0 resolve second to give all the things you bring into play that +1/+0? Makes the doublestrike and evasion way more painful if you can.

When your playing winota with bolt hound the auto trigger will trigger it wrong because you could put bolt hound trigger after the winner triggers to get everything buffed

I'm trying very hard to have a winota less and blade less doggy tribal deck in paper magic.... rough winning games but winota+blade is just too busted and not fun to play
I watched the whole video with both my dogs in bed, nothing else can be asked to life. Winota is easy mode magic, just as well as ultimatums and embercleave, nothing is more fun than good old control decks.
17:05 and 31:10 Looks like one can't auto order triggered abilities. Bolt hound needs to be last when it was first. The creatures that Winota retrived don't get buffed with the +1/0. Pretty big deal especially with the double strike and missing 2 damage each. Though I bet this comment gets lost

The haste hound trigger that pumps attackers resolves before Winota's... you should turn auto-order of triggers off for that and stack them optimally.

How come houndmaster doesn't get pumped when it enters via winota? Is it because it enters already attacking and doesnt get to "attack"?

No manual ordering on the triggers hurts. Bolt Hound and Blade Historian can do a lot of work together.
Totally agree, and probably no worth. Its better the cost 1 dog with landfall or other cost 1 for more Winota trigers.
