Knowing nothing about her when she was here for season one, I had *NO* idea what to make of her! In hindsight, I’m gonna chock it up to her having no clue as to what she had signed herself up for and what exactly was expected of her! Now that she’s familiar with Master Baker and the fact that it is waaaaaay more about entertainment and comedy verses actual baking skills, her personality was able to really shine and she’s absolutely FABULOUS!! Fan Fan is the most disrespectful "chef" the show's had so far, which is crazy because she always makes something good, but using her bare hands for mixing and working with the food in the floor every day... Then actually hot boxing the dish with vape smoke this time 😂
The reason the pilot lights stay on could be to reduce service down times on the stoves. The electrodes that make the ignition spark can wear down really fast if the stove is being turned on and off all the time, especially when it's still hot/warm.
