    Desiree I haven't been able to do ballet or cardio because of foot issues I developed a couple years ago from decades of ballet and kick boxing. For those who say we cannot lose weight from doing ballet or pilates, I just want them to know that I've lost an inch off my waist and inner thigh in a month from your balates exercises. Working out with you every day has been my therapy and I look forward to it every day. Thank you Desiree for being such an inspiration. I love you (not in a perverted way) lol

    This was so great friend. I LOVE the three progressions for every exercise - that made this workout feel so elegant (as always) but also kept things spicy. You have such a beautiful way of teaching so that it feels so calm and relaxed you almost forget how hard you're working!

    Love this! Tough & challenging for a non-ballerina like me. As a child I wanted to even just practice ballet but we just couldn't afford the lessons. At my age now (be 64 in a few days), I am glad I still have this opportunity to be able to do these poses. It's like my daughter mentoring me. LOL! Thanks, Desiree!     Such a great Ballates workout to prevent burnout and the best thing is that I can laugh at myself. 😅 when I tried to cross my legs and arms at the same time, I ended up in a wonderful knot. 🤪A real blockbuster for my dogs 🤣and finally for myself. Personally, I can't have a better result, inner and outer balance 💞, a lot of fun and after three golden training units I notice that I'm getting better. 💪🏼 Thank you 💝dear Desiree for this wonderful video with such great instructions, music and motivation.     Today I paired this one with your new Ballates HIIT workout which btw was amazing! 🩰⭐🔝 I loved the combination of standing and mat exercises, really fun and effective in your latest upload.
    Before writing this I saw a comment I wrote a few months ago when I tried this Ballates and struggled a lot with teaser exercises. Well, today I can say that I can do all the exercises and I feel that my core is stronger now. 💪🏻✨ And also I must add that my inner thighs were on fire! 🔥💥🔥

    Hi, Desiree! I don't know if there's much of a market for this, but I was wondering if you could do some exercises that are long-term injury-friendly? I've recently had reconstructive surgery on my ankle and am in recovery, but was struggling with it and my knee for years before that. A lot of exercise videos on TH-cam tend to be very leg joint intensive (lol what a term) and I struggle to find a workout I can do that isn't all arms and some abs! And I feel like it could be a fun series too.
    I know you're pretty familiar with injuries and recovering from them so I thought you'd be a good person to ask :)
    I love your videos and the ballet incorporation, I'll keep coming back to this channel regardless, it's just a thought I've been having. Thanks for your hard work!

      Thank you for your suggestion. And yes, I’ve dealt with many injuries…but I have to say, working within your boundaries and discovering your limits is a great skill. We want to always work within our range and capabilities and as we improve and get stronger we can push our limits a bit. If we are always “babying” our weaknesses then we never really improve. I understand injuries can be super frustrating…but I think it’s best to keep at it, do what you can, and modify anything that doesn’t work for you. XOXO 🥰🥰🥰

      @@DansiqueFitness Yeah that's true... but I have to admit the time it takes is super frustrating! 😭😂 I guess I'm just so disheartened at being unable to just do a workout along with a video and also unable to kneel, jump, or stand on tippy toes for such a long time now - and I'm not old, either lol! Hopefully now that they've finally determined I needed surgery I'll be able to get back into normality soon.

    Hi Desiree, i have a question about some exercises. I've been doing your workouts for months and i've seen a huge improvement in my core strength and the entire body as well. I've repeated workouts week after week and realized that i could do more than i thought. 💪🏼😊❤️All that thanks to you and your amazing workouts. The thing is that i'm always struggling with those exercises in teaser position. Of course i will continue to practice them to make them better, but i wanted to ask you if it all comes down to core and leg strength and control. Thank you for everything you do. I've learned a lot with you.🩰🥰💐

      Teaser exercises are super challenging…they require a great deal of core strength and just the right amount of the tuck of your tailbone and scoop in your belly to find that perfect balance/stability! It also requires hamstring flexibility…so be sure to keep up with your stretching and core strengthening exercises. Practice makes progress…you will get there! 🥰💖💪🏼
