    I lost 30 kgs in almost a year and I ate everything but I left coke sprite e.t.c plus junk food but I use eat pizzas in week days it totally depends on your body so have your own diet and healthy diet.

      @@rubabfatima841 mera diet plan kuch asa tha ke me subha 6am uthta tha walk liya jata for an hour uskay baad I use to have 2 brown bread with omelette and a green tea for breakfast after that I use to have some snacks between 11 and 12 sometimes apple sometimes dry fruits in my lunch I use to have whole wheal roti 1 large size with anything like sabzi daal every chicken karhai and I use to my workout at 4 pm after gym I use to have an apple or banana and in my I use to eat the same what I use to eat in lunch but I left junk foods and fizy drinks.thats all I now I told u my whole routine😂but exercise was also very helpful and I want every person to switch to an healthy life style and ye baat ap beshak pizza kha lo lakin kaam kar lo lakin coke wagera chor do bas😂🙏🙏

    U r telling truth.... Actually u are telling that it's not easy to lose weight in one day or in a week ... We have to wait for a month.... N we have to keep on our challenges with patience ... Then only we will meet our goal.

    Guys do remember that each person has a different TDEE, or total daily energy expenditure, and you should calculate your own caloric deficit based on the same. Typically, losing 1-2lbs per week is the advisable rate to lose weight, especially if you want to prevent yourself from gaining more back, or also to prevent stretch marks and loose skin. 1lb is calculated at ~3500kcal, so keep your daily calorie deficit around 250-500lbs, depending on how quickly you want to lose weight. So don't take 1300 calories as a magic number, but first speak to a physician and get to know what your numbers are.

      Don't use sugar especially white sugar
      Avoid junk food as much as u can
      Avoid rice if u can
      Drink more water
      Don't use oily food
      Start walking for around 30 minutes it will help in burning your calories
      These are some simple and basic
      Tips which are not easy to follow because we can't live without fast food & junk food
      Considering your age don't follow any strick diet plan
      When I was 17 my weight was 60 and I follow these tips and I lost 10 kgs

    yaar, this is the core thing we all are loosing that: the proper guide. this actually motivates you and run you till you achieve the goal. all we lose the routine is due to loneliness, less motivation and environment! readers! don't miss the time and try to find a partner or proper doctor or guide to get this goal same like this girl did for her target.     What is the perfect diet for fat loss or weight loss? It is to eat in calorie deficit.. And to be in deficit you can do it with carbs to.
    Believe me my diet includes white rice, roti, dal, veggies, protein sources etc and i have lost over 50 Kgs.
    Just be calculative about the total calories we eat and be consistent.
    Also carbs are the mood driving source and should not be skipped.

      The equation is very simple,
      I found my deficit calorie by weighing myself daily and took the weekly average.
      I found that i am losing about 1 kg per week on eating total calories of 2500. And 3000 was my maintenance calories.
      (your deficit calorie may differ as per your activity level, go to TDEE CALCULATOR TO KNOW ABOUT YOURS BUT REMEMBER THIS WILL BE ESTIMATE AND YOU SHOULD TRY ON YOURSELF TO SEE WHAT WORKS FOR YOU.)
      Now i consistently eaten in this calories range for 4 months and then i reduced even further about by 300 calories.
      Please note that i am highly active and i do 7 to 10 km walk daily with weight training at home on alternate days.
      MOST IMPORTANT IS TO TRACK CALORIES TO A MOST ACCURATE LEVEL AND LEARN ZERO OIL COOKING, BUY A KITCHEN WEIGHING SCALE AND LEARN ABOUT CALORIE TRACKING.
      YOU CAN EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT JUST DON'T EXCEED YOUR CALORIE GOAL. YOU CAN ADD ROTI, RICE, DAL, CHICKEN, GREEN LEAFY VEGGIES, PULSES, EGGS WITH YOLK, DAIRY... ETC
      BE CONSISTENT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DO NOT PANIC WITH YOUR WEIGHT FLUCTUATIONS AND USE YOUR WEIGHING SCALE AS A TOOL AND DO NOT CONSIDER AS A RESULT.
      ALSO PROPER SLEEP IS THE MOST IMPORTANT FOR RECOVERY AFTER EXERCISE. 7 TO 8 HOURS AT LEAST.
      SEE YOUR MOOD, INCHES, AND ENERGY LEVELS TO TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
      BEST OF LUCK.. AND GO FOR IT

      Warm water is amazingly good for your body or skin
      EITHER for whole day you use normal water
      IN morning or night before you go to bed have 1 glass of luck warm water with one lemon juice

    Not very healthy weight loss process because of too much water and too low calories without fasting routine. You cannot continue this routine forever. You probably had low nutrition. You only have to eat 2 meals with low carbs, high protein and some good fat, and drink 0 calorie drinks. So 16hrs fasting without snacking would keep you healthy forever. Just 2 full meals. Always remember to take your minerals with lots of green veggies.
