Can I please ask about the hair dryer? Does it have a cold setting because I can't find any hair dryers that have a cold setting only a cold shot? Such a beautiful outcome 😍

I can’t seem to get any blow dryer to move the paint. Paint is not thick. I can move paint with straw. Help!🤷‍♀️
