hi sir, i have ford fiesta 2012 model..when i reverse the car it 100% ok..but when i put in drive D it take too much time like 10sec some times ..in the morning it take atleast 3 to 4 mints ..please guide what can be the issue ?..and there is not check engine light..
Try resetting the TCM. There are instructions on how to do it are online. It's a common problem that Ford lost a class action lawsuit in California on. It sucks because the deadline to join the class action suit is over and there is nothing we can do as far as I know. If resetting the TCM doesn't work then you'll need to replace it.

Another option could be Clutch Actuator B (there’s an A and a B. B handles reverse). A is the one located on the bottom, B is the one on top.
