[Sweet potato ingredients]
250g sweet potato (1~2 pieces)
Sugar 20g
Water 30g
[Dough materials] 6 pieces
Strong flour 200g
Sugar 4g
Salt 4g
Water 130g
Instant dry yeast 6g
Black sesame 10g
Mist sprayer (even if you don’t have one)
