Option 2 is beyond me, I just can't imagine that (litteraly). Options 1 and 3 both have the same problem, both propose cycli but it has to have started at one time, there would have to be a first to the cycles, right? What could have started the very first cycle?

@@bentley2495 we might not know the exact process of how chickens came to lay eggs, but we do know that life starts out simple and then gets more complex over billions of years.
There has to be a starting point from non-living organic material to self-replecating living organisms. In the same way there has to be a start to the Universe.

Okay so there was energy or a black hole... but how did the energy or black hole appear in the first place? I mean the more you think about it, the more you realise there must've been something that can't be explained by the laws of physics. Leaving the only conclusion that the universe and everything that ever exists was made by something that doesn't need to follow the laws of physics, something you could call God.

Been a big fan of the cyclical black hole theory for many years. All that energy and matter and information swallowed up and into a singularity which then explodes into another big bang and universe. Still, it does little to explain what came before the first big bang.

Not singularity, but ringularity as the universe is rotating as a whole and thus the GR solution becomes a maximally extended Penrose Diagram of the Kerr metric. This is evident from the large scale anisotrophies of the CMB and the spinward direction of galaxies. Add into the mix of entrapped surfaces of spacetime at which point I coined the terms Superverse and Subverse in the development of my Big Bang Kilonova Hypothesis.

right, and that would render our original question moot because if we are the product of interaction between dimensions, where did those dimensions come from?, no matter which theory we choose to accept, mathematically leads to infinite number of something. so for the time being, we can make up our own theories and choose to accept then for the rest of our life, the only thing we can say surely is that ours is a beautiful and remarkably functioning universe.

For the bounce theory, it explains how a contracting singularity bounces into expansion and creates the universe as we know it. But it doesn't explain how an expanding universe bounces backwards and shrinks back into a singularity. For that to happen, space and vacuum (possibly even dark matter) must lose energy over time and reach a finite limit in order to shrink back.
For the big black hole theory, for it to "spit out" the universe, that black hole must first be immensely large and powerful to have sucked in all the matter in the entire universe from elsewhere first. Thus, implying that an infinitely larger universe exists beyond ours that contains all matter known to us in this universe, and possibly more.

Quantum Theory allows for the sudden expansion to occur again - in trillions and trillions of years time (seriously, we're talking roughly 10^10^3000 years) , when the heat death is predicted to have happened, the universe will be in a perfectly ordered state and would be full of potential energy. a random quantum fluctuation in the "quantum foam" that underpins everything could start the whole "big bang" process again remember - when the universe has "died" and entropy has ceased, time and dimensions are completely meaningless - just like it's believed to have been before our big bang.

The bounce theory can be explained by the constant collisions and following combinations of galaxies that create exponentially larger super black holes at their centers which will pull in one another and result in a collapse of all matter due to the attraction of a super massive black hole that will eventually collapse upon itself and explode thereby creating another Big Bang. Or something like that.

The whole theory is already written in “Quran”
    On how the universe begins,
The Qur'an says that "the heavens and the earth were joined together as one unit, before We clove them asunder" (21:30). Following this big explosion, Allah "turned to the sky, and it had been (as) smoke. He said to it and to the earth: 'Come together, willingly or unwillingly.' They said: 'We come (together) in willing obedience'" (41:11). Thus the elements and what was to become the planets and stars began to cool, come together, and form into shape, following the natural laws that Allah established in the universe.
    Expansion of Universe
"The heavens, We have built them with power. And verily, We are expanding it" (51:47).
since knowledge of the universe's expansion was only recently discovered.

*Do not the disbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were a closed-upmass (ratqan), then We opened them out (fafataqnahuma)?*
*And We made from water every living thing will they not then believe?*
    Quran (21:30)
What few people know however is that the Holy Quran described the Big Bang perfectly, 1400 years earlier.
Its a big sign that Quran is word of God.
Next we turn to the meaning of “and then We opened them up” for which the arabic is fafataqnahuma. This means that something is cloven asunder. Lane’s Lexicon describes the essential meanings as the cleaving asunder of something united to make it disunited.
The word is in the dual, applying it grammatically to the ‘heaven and the earth’ just described as a closed-up mass.
So far, so startling. This is a pretty perfect description of the Big Bang. The cosmos was indeed a closed-up mass, ie: a highly dense and tiny point which has opened up to produce the wider universe.
👉God Almighty speaks to the Mankind:
*This then is, Allah, your Lord; there is no deity but He is the Creator of everything : so worship Him alone, for He is the Guardian of all things, No sight can comprehend Him but He comprehends all sorts of sight, for He is All-Comprehensive and All-Aware.*

*“How can you disbelieve in Allah Seeing that you were dead and He gave you life. Then He will give you death, then again will bring you to life and then unto Him you will return.”*

I invite you to Islam, and if you become a Muslim you will be safe, and Allah will double your reward, and if you reject this invitation of Islam you will be committing a sin.
(And I recite to you Allah's Statement:)
    👉Allah almighty our creator says,
*Say, "O people of the Book! Come to what is common between us and you, that we worship none but Allah; that we associate nothing with Him and that none of us shall make as our Lord any other than Allah."*
*If they reject your invitation, then tell them plainly, "Bear witness that we are Muslims (who worship and surrender to Allah alone)."*
    Qur'an (3:64)
    👉Allah almighty says,
*Your real Deity is but One. He Who is Lord of the earth and the heavens and of all that is between them, and Lord of all Easts.*
    Qur'an (37:5)
Once we die our creator will again resurrect us on the Judgment day.And on that day if you have believed in Allah and have followed his book Quran then you will be succeed in the hereafter life.

There are fairly easy issues with these theories.
The rebounding universe. The problem with this theory is that time its self would need to flow backwards for universe to shrink back down, which goes against entropy. The second issue is the universe is actually older than 13.5 billion years. This is just as far as we can see. Its because light from galaxies farther away has yet had time to reach earth. The reason why the universe is older than 13.5 years is because that is how far the distant galaxy was as they were measured from earth, however the universe has been expanding while that light was traveling to earth. This means those distant galaxies are much farther than we measured. Thus the universe is much older than the CMB. Its like being on a beach and looking at the horizon and thinking that horizon is the end of the earth.
The membrane theory flaw is that we can’t prove there are higher dimensions. In our 4 dimensional spacetime we only can move freely in 3 of those dimensions, but we can only move forward in time. We can’t move freely to the past or future, yet we know what time is and it affects our daily lives. A 5th, 6th, or 7th dimension? We wouldn’t even know what to look for. We can’t prove that it does exist, but we can’t prove it doesn’t exist. To me it’s no different than thinking a god created the universe.
The issue with the black hole theory is it’s exactly the same as the chicken and egg. What came first the chicken or the egg. The black hole or the universe . What created the first universe? Most would figure, must be a black hole. But nothing can escape a black hole, not even light, and black holes evaporate over an absurdly long period of time via Hawking’s radiation. It’s more likely the universe doesn’t exist if we were a black hole. It would stay nothing. If the universe came first, what made the universe? The Big Bang?

I have 3 more suggestions. 1. Before the Big Bang was God. Science and Math have a hard time reconciling this because math, not yet at least, can define "God." 2. Before the big bang was nothing. 3. We will discover more evidence later in time that will adjust our definition and understanding of the big bang, and it'll change this entire narrative. I'm a science teacher who believes in science, evidence, and fact based information. I also believe in God but not in the same way any man made religion teach "God." I'm also open to the possibility that everything happened before the big bang, and all the big bang is really asymptotic to the observable universe. That's the limit for us, and others will have a relativistic point of view. Until we put all the data together from everywhere, we'll never answer this question without debate and skeptical questions.

“…Thomas [Aquinas] establishes that the first efficient cause of being must itself
be pure act.1 He contends that anything in motion (broadly conceived as anything that
changes whatsoever) must have previously been in passive potency to that motion and
thus moved to that motion by some source of actuality external to itself. As Thomas
states, “Nothing can be reduced from potentiality to actuality, except by something in a state of actuality.” Nothing can be made actual except by something already actual.
Furthermore, it is “impossible that in the same respect and in the same way a thing
should be both mover and moved, i.e., that it should move itself.” An external agent
already in act is required for the reduction of potency to act. Anything put in motion
(i.e., anything previously in passive potency) is put in motion by another and, as Thomas
notes, “that by another again.”2 But this chain of movers cannot go on infinitely, or
there would be no first mover-that is, no ultimately sufficient reason for movement.3
Since the first mover is necessarily unmoved by another, and since all movement comes
from some mover in act, that first mover must be pure act (actus purus).”
1 Thomas Aquinas, Summa theologiae Ia.2.3, in translation as Summa Theologica,
trans. Fathers of the English Dominican Province (Allen, Tex.: Christian Classics, 1981).
    2 Aquinas, Summa theologiae Ia.2.3
3 Aquinas’s argument is not that God is the first cause or mover in a mere
chronological sense but rather that He is the first inasmuch as He is the most
fundamental source and explanation of contingent being wherever and whenever it is
found. This understanding of Aquinas’s claim controverts the old accusation that his
Five Ways teach that God is the first link on the great chain of being with creatures and
thus stands univocally with them in the same order of being. See the discussion in Brian
Davies, Thomas Aquinas’s Summa Theologiae: A Guide and Commentary (New York:
Oxford University Press, 2014), 34-50. See also Richard A. Muller, “The Dogmatic
Function of St. Thomas’ ‘Proofs’: A Protestant Appreciation,” Fides et Historia 24 (1992):

Shame the BBC does not do so much science content anymore. No the employees would rather take the corporation to court and moan about equal pay giving the BBC and its legal department the chance to waste license fee payers contributions on really silly internal bickering. Well done to the older BBC employees that got to buy out the rights to buy the original BBC production facilities and rights dirt cheap at the turn of the centaury. I never forget the only advert on the BBC about it being able to make its own content funded by the British public and as soon as that finished they sold it all off. Now you have Brit box and Getty Images that have magically got rights to that originally funded content and they can profit from that and not only that they sell it back to the British license fee payers. I actually phoned the BBC and asked when the British public were going to get a rebate on their license fee. I stated that why can Brit Box , Getty Images and other stream sites get to make money privately from Original BBC shows such as Doctor Who and other long running shows . I got laughed at and the guy on the BBC complaint line said well these shows are not produced by the BBC . I then said firstly we should get cash back just because of the likes of Rolf Harris and Jimmy Saville . The laughing immediately ceased . I then pointed out that until Dr Who was revived it was produced by the BBC and I mentioned other historic shows shown on Brit Box including the earlier seasons of Dr Who and to this the man on the phone couldnt answer. I am very very upset that the BBC now has very very little to offer . The people who now run it have stolen from the license paying public and they think thats absolutely their right. The BBC is now just a piggy bank for whoever gets to run it . I also dont get why they are buying content from Sony who now have a bigger percentage of the broadcast media on television in the UK and dont get ANY license fee money from that. I also dont get how the BBC blatantly use product placement in some shows and Spooks is one I complained about as all the phones and computers where Apple Products in one season and the logo at the office in the supposed MI5 headquarters was full of it. I was told again the show wasn't produced by the BBC and the show was just representing real life. But im sure at the time it was another direct competitor with Apple that had contacts for technology with British Government departments . BBC the only shows you screen now worth any viewing time are your science shows Horizon and Sky at Night being the best but even now I have seen a episode of Horizon on a channel in the USA that has just had the narration dubbed to suit that countries demographic and it wasn't called Horizon . Shame on the current chiefs at the BBC you are criminal . Shame that this TH-cam content funded in the original British way gets sold to the highest bidder to line your grubby, greedy pockets instead of being used to fund ORIGINAL British television , media , news and education like it used to. Im speaking on the behalf of the public.
