25 West 28th Street, #PH42A
Introducing Penthouse 42A at the acclaimed Ritz-Carlton Residences designed by legendary architect Rafael Vinoly. Exclusive benefits and panoramic helicopter views of the Lower Manhattan skyline, the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building, and the East River make this lavish 2-bedroon, 2.5-bathroom offering unlike any other in the city.
Exclusive Ritz-Carlton Benefits
Ideal as a pied-a-terre property or an investment opportunity, owners have access to the penthouse for up to 120 nights a year and can appoint The Ritz-Carlton to rent and manage the home and generate income when they are away. The building has legally circumvented local AirBnB laws and expertly markets and advertises the home to achieve some of the highest nightly rental rates in the city.
Residents also have access to all the amenities and services of the famed Ritz-Carlton Hotel. These include renowned wellness and spa services, a state-of-the-art gym, event and lounge spaces, a rooftop bar, two restaurants, and in-room dining run by Michelin-starred chef Jose Andres. Additionally, all the best restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops that NoMad has to offer are moments away.
Penthouse Living
Interiors are stunning in every way and can be delivered exquisitely furnished. Oversized picture windows let in an abundance of southern and eastern light, accentuating beautiful white oak floors, custom millwork, and soaring ceilings over 10 feet high. A state-of-the-art Lutron panel controls lighting and motorized drapes.
The Poliform kitchen is adorned with an eat-in waterfall island, honed white quartzite countertops and backsplash, bronzed glass cabinetry with built-in LED lighting, and fully integrated Miele appliances.
True Bedroom Suites
The king-size primary suite has a wall of reach-in closets and a decadent en-suite bathroom with Bardiglio Nuvolato marble slab walls and floors, a carved Terrazzo double sink, acid-etched glass shower and water closet enclosures, a walk-in rainfall shower, and a deep Duravit soaking tub.
The second bedroom suite can easily accommodate two double beds and has a reach-in closet and spa-like en-suite bathroom. A stacked Miele washer and dryer and a dedicated owners closet complete the home.

This lady’s style is phenomenal. What a beautiful classy dress
She's fabulous: her dress, hair, they way she walks and talks. Looks like one of Capote's Swans. So charming!
This was straight 🔥 from her dress to the presentation to the end 🍸 cheers Serhant 💙
I watch so many tours of townhouses, apartments, condo's and I have to say I could see myself living here. It's perfect for me!
This... Wow! This is the definition of lavish. You two looked incredible.
I prefer this vibe from Ryan. It comes across as classier than his usual style.
By far my favorite hotel in NYC, visited 2 weeks after open. Property was stunning, staff was amazing, and overall amazing stay.
Lauren, please do more presentations. Great Energy.
The place is beautiful! Ryan’s new look is 🔥
That dress is everything. She reminds me of Lady GaGa. I love her style. I would love to live in a place like that for one day
Nicely decorated unit. Nothing beats walking out of your own condo and having access to all of the Ritz.
its yours for 4 months out of twelve then.. who buys a home were you can only live 4 months unless you are stonking rich
@@Gibbs-rq4yg This IS for the rich. It's a pied a terre in NYC so they can come to town and go shop, eat, watch a play and go back home.
@@mojojojo_BB That's what hotels are for. Even very high-end hotels like the Plaza would be massively cheaper and still give you the same level of luxury.
@@jec1ny OK, so then don't buy it...
yall don’t get it - you put the money down and you own it - it also generates money while you’re not there - it beats paying for 4 months worth of ritz hotels when you visit the city - then when you want to sell it in 15-20 years you get all your money back - that’s 4 months of free hotels for the 15 years you owned it not to mention all the money it generated - use your heads
Gorgeous ❤
Just stayed at this hotel. It was amazing! The location is really perfect for going anywhere in manhattan. would definitely stay again
If i was an owner though I wouldn't want to enter the same entrance as guests and not have a dedicated elevator. i've seen some other branded hotel/condo buildings separate it and I think that makes a huge difference.
Beautiful unit. I just wish you were honest and stated the price in the video. $11000000 is pretty steep
She better work. Love her presence. Classic NY
An actually tasteful New York penthouse. Price probably astronomical, but tasteful at least.
Ryan’s 🔥 🌈
I would be disappointed that I could only live there for four months out of the year but it is a nice place
Nice place, but I can only live there four months out of the year? And they want $11 million for it? Pass. YMMV.
I don't want others sleeping in my bed or sitting on my toilets seats. No thank you. I can buy an entire house and more with 11 mill.
RIGHT‼️ THE NERVE
yall don't get it - you put the money down and you own it - it also generates money while you're not there - it beats paying for 4 months worth of ritz hotels when you visit the city - then when you want to sell it in 15-20 years you get all your money back - that's 4 months of free hotels for the 15 years you owned it not to mention all the money it generated - use your heads
So I buy a house that I can live in for only 4 months, the other months of the year I have to live somewhere else?

So you can't live in your own apartment all of the year?

@@Aluckydevil So it's not a "home" but some kind of glorified timeshare? Everything you said assumes you're able to sell it down the line without restrictions for at least the $11mill you put down for your 4 months a year hotel room.
it’s a pied-a-terre duh
how much do the unit owners earn when renting out the unit via the hotel?
I want it. How I buy it ? ❤
People commenting here like they have credit or cash to buy a $9mil Pied-à-terre 😂😂😂
And what happens to your own clothes? In the luggage and out? Doesn’t seem quite like a home
Price tag???
Meaning?
Can only visit 4 months a year and 11 mil paid for? Sounds like a divorce.

@@Aluckydevil yeah right what a deal, ppl must be lining up trying to snatch it lmao
@@Aluckydevil how can you verify the occupancy rate? The hotel can say that the amount of occupied nights cannot offset the cost of maintenance. I have seen it happen in several projects with the same concept where I live.
I thought that was Lady Gaga at first.
do we really need a real estate agent selling this to us?
$10m for 1k sq-ft in NoMad when you can get a 5 bd in East Hampton for like 70% of that (doesn't matter tho cuz i have like $2)...but even in my delusions and dreams, i dont like it
There is so much to dislike about this concept: from overpaying, to the generic lack of couture look of the place, to the limits on use. No thx!
11 million for a time share and they take over 50% of the rent income 😂😂 no wonder the first idiot is selling
Bag the beard Ryan. Not a good look!
It’s not a ‘Ritz’ Ryan. You said it multiple times, we expect more from you. Ritz-Carlton wouldn’t be that happy, nor would the Ritz companies around the world
Your OWN apartment which you fully paid for, and Ritz-Carlton is allowing you to live in your OWN apartment for four months a year, how generous of them. By the way, the interior design is ugly.
