Finally Dhalsim's guide! He's the very first character I remember playing as a kid when I first saw Street Fighter, now I'm getting back into it and he's so weird I couldn't figure out what to look for when making plays. Thanks for the guide :)

Just started using Dhalsim about 2 weeks ago. Fun to use has a lot of tools. v skill helps with pressure.

I love his new stance
You forgot: no reversals; deals very low damage; 2 bar V-Trigger can be negated with 1 bar V-Reversal; toughest execution in the game (Instant Air Teleport, Instant Gale and Instant Drill); teleport is throw vulnerable; Instant Air Teleport can be negated with a jab; lacks jump in OS; etc. the fact is that Dhalsim is not tournament viable because you guys gave him so many "cons" to "compensate" his long reach.

Speedbump From Chinatown Monks are known to keep skulls in real life. Its in order to be mindful of death, among other reasons
I read on the Street Fighter wiki that when he was first introduced he was a pacifist prior to the Street Fighter tournament, but joined to help out a village.

Recently bought PS4. I'm new to videogames, but I've always wanted to learn how to play Dhalsim. It is going to be difficult to learn all the moves etc.
This is great because i love dahlsim
So having attacks that are unsafe on block is fine, but why does his drill kick unsafe on hit?

I hate how they made him slower in this game but if used properly he can be a serious threat

I've never seen a character with more cons than pros... And then again wtf Complex but doesn't have many combos well how the fuck is he complex then...
He has a lot of setups and interesting ways to pressure and keep out the opponent. Combos /= complexity
I think they are underestimating him...
His bread and butter combos have demanding inputs. His instant jump teleport and instant jump gale are difficult to pull off consistently, and these are moves he relies on.
Unrelated to being complex, attempting to maintain distance can get you trapped in a corner easily, and he has a very hard time escaping the corner.

dhalsim sucks soooo bad in this game. im going back to ultra. i just cant get into this game. its got more flaws than sf4.
