I believe this may be the first and only sponsor plug-in I will ever buy. I use my psvr2 every day, and I am constantly paranoid that I will accidentally scratch my glasses, which happened to me with the psvr1.
Now Paul, come on, why da heck would you not believe VR fitness games make people lose weight (or more precisely, body fat), it absolutely does. I am one example out of many. From Thrill of the Fight to Pistol Whip to Eleven Table Tennis, etc, these games give me such a workout and I feel the waistline going down after months of playing. I you don't feel it, then it's because you put no physical effort into your VR gaming. Don't spread false rumours. You don't like people spead false rumours about PSVR2 so don't do it yourself! Anyway, rant over, keep up the good hard work of promoting PSVR 2 :)
I also think vr fitness could help to lose weight, if you are doing also a proper diet. But I stopped doing VR fitness, because of lense fog, because I had to replace my controller many times (Quest 2) and because resistance training is missing.
@@lowrider2756 Absolutely right, A proper diet is indeed 70-80% part of a fat loss journey. As for your fogging, that's a pity but I have been able to combat that but having two standing fans blow against me, plus I now have a neck fan, that has eliminated fogging. And yes, agree again, VR workouts are mainly cardio, but I complement my Quest 2/3 workouts with a resistance band workout afterwards as I in the "groove".

VR fitness IS 100% REAL! I had to eat more food just to keep myself from getting TO skinny playing VR. No Joke, i wasnt even trying to get skinnier and i saw the pounds dropping and had increase my calories just to keep myself the same. :) VR is expensive to FEED! 😂🎉😂
@@avaron_VR_Gamecat It is worth to mention, that people has different bodycompositions. Some prople try to lose weight, while other struggle to gain weight. While it is true, that vr fitness can help to lose weight, you could instead of walk more and also lose weight. But a diet is always essential to lose weight - there is no easy way unfortunately.
Boxing in VR will definitely help.

You are so right about sometimes relaxing while playing. I have been playing starwars fallin order in uevr. I know you have a rig that can do it. That game is mind blowing in vr. I'm using a game pad in third person. What a blast.
Do the V-Rock lenses come with a green tint?
I remember someone doing some testing and finding out that Green tinted sun glasses removed the Mura Effect.
AJ was talking about that in a recent video, apparently they're working on lenses that will reduce mura.

I’ve been trying to get people to accept just passing the controller based games, to PSVR3 which can be executed on/ported to sense controllers with slight modifications for head tracking based aim/ aim assist and so many people online want to try to fight over it.
I have to believe a lot of these people complaining are jealous Quest fans that know most of those console games can’t run on a Quest.

Paul VR creed 2 do you honestly think if you played that game at high intensity for 20 mins a day do you honestly think that won't get you loosing weight I've lost 10 kg haven't changed my diet just VR creed it's a killer try it guys

This is certainly possible but more than likely it's just a case of games take a long time to make so all the releases are finally making it to us.

Robocop should've been a hybrid game its crazy they didn't consider that. I'm trading my psvr2 for a meta quest 3 because the library and support it gets is incredible. Seems like all we're gonna get on psvr2 is baby roblok looking games.
If you trade your psvr2 for quest you will regret it big time. Unless you have a PC? Quest is a big downgrade in graphics stand alone. And no haptics either
Quest 3 games look horrible. I don’t even bother with them anymore, I just use for PCVR until I can use PSVR2 on PC.
Grass is always greener on the other side syndrome... lol. All headsets get the same junky games just take a breath and enjoy what ya got.
