- The Basic Step - New York - Spot Turn - Hand to Hand - are the very first 4 movements that allow you to get a first feeling and sense of what International Cha Cha Cha is. Since these figures are simple and compact, not only can they be danced in any social setting but also be used as a foundation for competitive dancing.
In this tutorial, I will show you how to make your Cha-Cha Basic steps look clean, crisp, and yet continuous so you can enjoy your body moving and have fun with the music.
This is the 2nd video for the Cha Cha Basic Steps series. In the 3rd video of this series, ARM ACTION will be added and explained on all of these basic figures.

Excellent Video . Thank you very much.❤
Glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for watching !
I like the little hints that Kyryl puts in to make our dancing more competitive looking. It is important to perfect these basic steps before one learns advanced steps because they are the elements of all advanced steps.
Thank you kindly, dear Henry! 🙏❤️
Very great direction on how to do the moves properly. That text is a problem, gets in the way of your feet. If you have time explain how to yous you shoulders.
Dear Dean, thank you for watching! There is an option of TH-cam that you can turn captions off - in this way the words would not be blocking the feet. Hope this helps.
