Nice one, haven't fished Clacton pier for years although spent most of my childhood on their catching small whiting & rockling. Had plenty of fish nearby kayak fishing though.
Nice one chaps.ive oftain wonderd when a dropper has an advantage over an up and over pully rig?.ive oftain thought about tieing some but can't see any advantage .
Clacton always fishes better on the Ebb about 2 hours down. And don't mess around with a baiting needle just whip the crab straight onto the hook.Did you notice the amount of juices coming out of the crab while messing with the needle And just tie the elastic tight near the eye of the hook or you will squash out more juices by doing it to tight.I have caught more Cod there than I care to remember. Also won quite a few open matches along Clacton beach.
About time those bloody sprats went! aha, had only flatties the last few weeks. Good video mate
