Wait, how the hell do I discover this arrangement only now?? Dear TH-cam, if you can't even point to me the existence of such great works, you're doing your job wrong!!
I'm totally agreeing with you! This guy did so much beautifull works, but, remained in the depth of youtube!! Maybe he was here too soon, but... It's so frustrating so few people heard about those arranged versions!!
It takes place all over the world. But the world of Illusion of Gaia looks different from ours, because there are two gaias (light and dark). In our world the two gaias are one. At least that's my interpretation. The world of Illusion of Gaia doesn’t have the same continents as ours, so there isn’t a South America either. However, most areas are references to places that exist in our world. Including places in South America, e.g. the first stage (Inca-Ruïns/Larai Cliff) and the second (Nazca).
@labradoido Thanks! Too bad about your pc. I hope your old one wasn't too new, that you could preserve all of your files, and that you're happy with your new pc. You can't do without one in this day and age. Yeah, I think it's a nice world map theme. Very different from that of other rpgs, but it fits this game. Nice break from the other songs in the soundtrack. Variety is what I like in a game’s score. I think it’s more important than sheer number of songs or length.
Yeah that's true. Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma are by the same development team Quintet, and form a series. I think the only connection between the games is, they share the same concept: you have to save the world from a dark gaia. You can’t put them in a chronological order. I don’t think they even take place in the same universe. Anyway the worlds of Soul Blazer, Illusion of Gaia and Terranigma aren’t shaped the same.
great rendition of it man, I recently finished a let's play of it. Do you mind if I use your Illusion of Gaia music? It's not for anything in particular just if I find it fitting somewhere in a video I would like to use it. Credit is given of course.

Three years after you it's only just now recommending it to me :(

one of the best games ever made ,i hope they do a remake
@@courtcircuit5718 they will. Old employees have tried but just need our support and backing. This game is an example of peak Japanese innovation.
Wow!!! You did an awesome job here!! Thanks a lot!!!
Went ahead and made a video response -- description should tell the tale. Very awesome work!
When I listen to a song I made a year ago I don't feel that way. But I'm glad I'm still improving.
Great job subbed liked and all that haha
Thank you!
This game is so nostalgic to me
I loved it! Long time no see! My PC broke down a week ago, I got myself anew. I think it's a lovely world map theme, isn't it?
@Armando0002 Thanks for the compliment! My pleasure!

Il manque la cité volante
And now I end up here. Good job again man! Really enjoyed, specially that guitar 00:42 played a bit in a greek style. Heart warming.
