The Filter function is a true game changer, quick note that it isn't available on all versions though (hasn't been added to the professional version of Office 365)

In example w, no need to use the value function. After the closing parenthesis, just put “*1.1”, without the quotes. Excel figures out you are using numbers now. This is also handy to convert text to a number. Just multiply by 1.

Offset is volatile and too many of 'em and your PC will struggle with resources 😜
