Really good video. You're the best when it comes to getting excited about a fish. You're like a little kid who's out fishing for the first time. Your hands were shaking. All those fish look really healthy.
O my gosh! O my gosh! What am I doing? What is this emotion? Ive never felt it before! The pressures gonna kill me! Good job on the vids man and keep slayin those hawgs.
For the northern strain that is a terrific fish. The state records in the northeast are all in the 10-12 pound range. The exception is Massachusetts where a LM over 15 pounds was caught. Possibly the most impressive Largemouth bass record of them all.
Great bass! I moved down to Texas from the Midwest a few years back- still getting use to the 6/7/8/9 lb bass. My brother caught an 11lber and it was unbelievable!
Awesome catch Chris! They say sometimes a slow day of fishing eventually pays off with that 1 big fish. Very healthy looking fish too. My PB was a fat one like that. Measuring 22" in length and 20" in girth, it went 8lb 1oz.
Dude you are an awesome fisherman. As someone that has been fishing his whole life, I know a great angler when I see one. I live in CT and fish mostly in the Long Island sound. A guy from my town owns the world record 81 pound striper. I can tell you what he caught in on if you are interested. He has also caught the second largest striper as well. Anyways, ny poin is, there are so many guys on youtube that are simply fake af. I love that you keep everything real and are humble enough to admit that there are things you don't know. There are wayyyy to many know-it-all's on youtube. None of them are out there catching the variety of fish that you present with as much consistency. You're videos speak for themselves. Keep up the great work. You are also funny as shit. p.s. I spent 8 hours yesterday at Hammonasset beach chunkin bunker and only got a single 26 inch striper. There were false albacore breaking everywhere. No bluefish in sight. It was slow in Rhode Island last week but I did see some good size bass taken. Last year at this time there were plenty of bass and bluefish frenzies everywhere. I dunno what gives.
dont need big baits dude. never throw big baits and i get consistent 4's, couple 5's a year normally and my biggest nj bass at just over 8lbs. the way i see it if u use baits that get more bites (rather than larger baits) you are going through more fish and have a better chance at running into a monster.
Bro??? 7 point 4!!! That's a nice damn bass. Period. Be happy. My pb...5.8.......js. and I was pumped. Nice vid. Nice fish. Thanks for saving the old boy. Next year he's 8.
Awesome catch! Congrats. Glad the fish is well. When I catch a monster, I get a rough length and estimate the weight via charts. Would rather release the fish quickly.
I go freshwater fishing frequently but never have the right equipment can somebody tell me what rod would do me the best and give me some pointers I would appreciate it
Nice catch for sure when I lived in NJ I always said fall fishing was best for me both fresh and the fall run for strippers and slammer blues! Fish on fish on!
After keeping it in the cooler it actually loses a little of that water weight. Kinda like it would if it was in a live well on a boat. So that bad could've been a 7.6 more or less. Anyways a huge bass!
7'4 pound Northern Strain Bass in the Fall? That's a straight pig and monster of a fish. Thats sick. That's equal to like a 10lber in Florida pond. Shoulda took the L and let him go once the scale died but atleast u had the aerated cooler. But good day of fishing in the fall up north 💪🏻
No reason to stress the fish. I understand wanting to know. I feel the same way. You gotta put the fish health above your curiosity sometimes. Check your equipment beforehand. Nice catch
Nice fish, You will catch him again. Funny how fish can fool you when you first catch them they all look like 10 lbers until you hang them on a scale. I know a guy that use to always yap about all the 8 to 10 lb bass he catches. We were fishing at the same lake one day when he caught a big one. He came straight to me to show it off . He was like man I have caught a hog its got to be over 10. I said well let's find out I have a good set of digital scales. He pulls it out of his live well and says "what do you think it weighs". I was like maybe 6 and a half. He said No Way it's huge. I hung it on the scale it was 6 lb 9 oz . He was like it sure fooled me ( I was thinking yea now I know about all those 8 and 10 lbers you say you catch) . Glad you caught your PB. Keep on chunking and winding :-)
Great fish, it’s funny because I just caught 7 1/2 lb myself. I just kept yelling at my wife and my sister , GRAB THE NET, GRAB THE NET! They were laughing so hard because I couldn’t say anything else. Ok now I can agree it was kind of a funny situation. This too is my personal best on largemouth bass.
Laughed so hard at this. I related to every emotion expressed here. There's nothing that gets you so pumped than catching a huge beast like this.
Nothing to be ashamed about, a 7lb 4 is an absolute slob up north
Sea money with a giant bass! Freaking awesome bro! Love the diversity of fish catching on this channel.
Really good video. You're the best when it comes to getting excited about a fish. You're like a little kid who's out fishing for the first time. Your hands were shaking. All those fish look really healthy.
_What am I doing?_ _Why am I running?_ _Where am I going?_ 😂😂💀☠ You the best, man.

One of my best videos on bass fishing nice catch dude
That was one of the most legendary fish catches I have seen what a catch!
At least you got an honest weight on him and went with it, didn't just call it a 9 pounder without proof. Good fish, bro.
Nice job!! Seeing that bass in the cooler made a huge impression as to its size. 7#'s is still a bass of a lifetime!!
Congrats on the new PB! Awesome bass, man!
OMG! This video was awesome Bro! Your reaction at that fish! HOLY CRAP. Love it!
Dude that's an awesome bass for the Northeast!!!! Congrats man.
I pissed myself at 9:21 "what am I doing, why am I running, where am I going!" hahahahah
like he stolen the fish or something ... lmao
Who else was super excited cause they thought he meant striped bass...still one of my favorite fishing channels man

I caught a 10 pound albie from a jetty yesterday and it was the first albie I have ever weighed. Took me a six minutes to land. Friggin' beast.
Awesome solid beast man congrats on your new PB. 👍🏻👊🏻💥🤘🏻🔥🐟💯
You never go bassin' but you got 2 monster bass in a row in your last two bass fishing video, you should go more frequently bass fishing lol
Congrats dude! That is a nice fish!
"What am i doing? Where am I going?" XD
Sweet, congratz.
Still a really nice fish, and now you got something to beat. Every PB beaten is more fun than the last.

Jigs have been killing it lately in the midwest. Caught a 4lb smallie yesterday outta small creek
Beautiful catch man!

nice 7 lber! jig and pig is a super nice way to fish during fall for sure ^^ good job
Hallo!Could you please tell me if this could work in salt water?
How do you never get a park ranger telling you aren’t allowed to fish around this lake everywhere!
Jarred Monaco I think he put the no fishing signs up himself lol
buy a fishing license u should be good
is it private?
Yes where are you fishing ? Just a general location is good , not asking for your secret spots
@The Dream Catcher At this lake he is fishing you are not allowed to fish from the bank except designated fishing areas.
Your friend has a sweet truck!
Don't be dissatisfied with a 7 pounder that is an enormous bass , that would change my life
dog rat i caught one a month ago, it is life changing
+Darth Vader I've been fishing for so long and slinging such big baits I'm due!
dog rat yes you are! Try methods people usually dont use 4 big bass. You never know

+NJBassin I don't want a 4 or a 5 I want 7+ and they'll eat big baits over small baits
Bro??? 7 point 4!!! That's a nice damn bass. Period. Be happy. My pb...5.8.......js. and I was pumped. Nice vid. Nice fish. Thanks for saving the old boy. Next year he's 8.
Love your videos man!
Lol, this channel rocks. 7.4 is really not that far off from 9 tho. That was a beast.
7.4 is huge. What part of the country are you in? Sorry new to your channel
Nice bass! Thanks for sharing!
CONGRATS CHRIS!!
Nice job Chris!
Awesome catch! Congrats. Glad the fish is well. When I catch a monster, I get a rough length and estimate the weight via charts. Would rather release the fish quickly.
New sub here. Good content, man. Thanks for taking the time.
Nice catch, moral of the day is to keep grinding and eventually you'll land on a nice one.
My sound doesn't work, can anyone explain why the fish was in a cooler and then back in a lake? That doesn't seem like standard CPR practice.
Batteries dead in weight scale. His friend brought him some batteries. He had to weigh it for sure because he knew it was his PB.
Nice bass and no worries he is fine wasn't any blood loss and he swam right off which means he was well oxygenated.
the echo off the bridge is perfect. Echoing OH MY GOD..
Great catch, good release congrats
Congratulations man!
Nice hog! That's a quality bass no matter where you are.
Awesome catch!
I go freshwater fishing frequently but never have the right equipment can somebody tell me what rod would do me the best and give me some pointers I would appreciate it
Ok I'm way too excited to see this video:-)
I caught that same Bass under that same bridge from a "boat" on a crankbait a month ago. Same mark on its tail.
