How Mobile Can You Go? TRANSPORTING THE CART.

  • Whenever I arrive at an event, the host says something like “Woah! How did you transport all of THAT in THIS car?!” Well, now I guess I can just share this video! 😹
A big piece to keeping this cart venture within reach was making sure it could all fit in the vehicle we already own. Buying a trailer seems like a must for many mobile coffee cart owners. But it doesn’t need to be! Yes, it’s a lot of work. However, by loading and unloading you get a chance to familiarize yourself with each piece and it forces you to really only take what is NECESSARY. This is supposed to be the most simple version of a mobile espresso setup. And using a minivan sure helps keep it simple.
I’ve come a long way. I used to need help with the sink and generator but now i can do it all solo.
Today I didn’t need my generator. When I do bring It, I remove one of the middle pilot seats and put the generator there. 💪🏻
Below is my packing list that I refer to for each and every event. I know when I first started, I scoured the internet to get some guidance on what I’d need. Hopefully this list helps someone else!
Let me know if i can answer any questions!

Wow Katey! You are amazing! I also have mobile coffee cart. I haven’t attended an event yet, but I’m starting to worry about how me, myself, and I can load and unload all the equipment and supplies. Seeing you do it gives me hope! Please reply with any advice for a solo entrepreneur. Thank you!
