If glass joe can get beaten 99 times with the body structure of a baguette and not be paralyzed then how come me sandman can be beaten a few times with the body of a steamroller and get extremely injured? There you go.
And then he fought DK to qualify for Smash Bros where he got accepted because he won against him and they seem both pretty happy you can see that in the victory screens in SB where Mac is with Doc together The Community came up with that theory
I'd like to think that the next Punch-Out game has two story modes. One focusing on Doc before his retirement, fighting younger versions of Bald Bull and maybe even one of the Bruiser twins. And the other focusing on the present, where Little Mac is fighting some new and old faces after coming out of retirement in a revamped WVBA with Doc in his corner
The idea of Punch Out having deeper lore that what it seems like on the surface is so interesting! I hope they do something more story-focused in the next Punch Out, if it ever comes.
I prefer the ending where you lose the Champion title to Glass Joe. then Retire. Of course it would imply that you threw the match, but I feel like he should at least get the chance to be a champion for a little while.

The sand man part is kinda... Well I think would realistically happen is that sandman was training to box (as a none heavy weight) inspired by doc while doc was still the champ and when he lost,he found an opportunity to cease the heavyweight championship and decided to bulk muscle and use his RAW power to punch through everyone,that’s why he torments little Mac and gives him a hard time because he has lost respect for doc and beating little Mac will cement that,but I don’t think he’d never have any injuries other than his jaw and maybe his stomach
Maybe Glass Joe's first win was Doc Louis when he relaxed to much and the reason he fought against Doc Louis was when he was moved down a weight class.

Remember, all of this theory was the product of coming up with Punch-Out!! cartoon ideas! So I'd like to ask what you'd all think of a Punch-Out!! animated series based around this idea! Obviously it'd be hopeful and cheerful most of the time because it's based off a Nintendo property, and it's a fun game! But it would dive into these topics at certain points in the show.
Only issue with your theory is... the records clearly show that each boxer suffered one loss during the course of the run to TD mode (clearly stated in the records of each fighter like how Glass Joe at the start was 1-99 and when you go into TD mode it is 1-100)

1:07 There is a hole in this story. If he's losing or gaining weight it doesn't matter since its heavyweight. Heavyweight has no weight limit and in real boxing there is actually no minimumweight that you have to come in at for any weight class. You can fight at heavyweight while under the cruiserweight limit if you want. Hell the lightest heavyweight champion ever weighed only 165lbs.

It would be good if Nintendo actually made a story like this to the Punch Out for the Wii. It would give the game a lot more depth and would make the game much more engaging. Could also give Little Mac more of a personality and story as well.

I don't think so. Little Mac has to land possibly hundreds of punches on Sandman to win the fight, and Sandman fights even better the second time around. There is no way he got injured. 3. The 3 losses are more from Mac being bored. He literally crushed everyone below him, so he decided to quit after 3 losses. 4. A history with Bald Bull? Since when? 5. I don't think the sounds of pain Doc makes indicate pain from an injury. You are implying that Doc was at the peak of his health, probably when he was in his mid 20s or late 20s, maybe even 30s when Sandman was a child. Sandman is now a fully grown adult, so given that assumption, wouldn't it be logical to say he is just old?

Today i had more losses than glass joe and lost all my chanches on macs last stand im gonna burst out a mental breakdown noe i need to do it all from beggining of title defense and get stuck on mr sand man again🥰
I think that all of this is right except for 2 things. One, I don't think he just ate chocolate bars because he needed the weight, what I think happened was that what turned into a proportionate consumption, became an addiction and his muscle turned to fat. Two, if he retired because of that, then why is there a warning about removing Doc's chocolate. What I think happened was he was about to have a match with Bald Bull (I don't think he would have his face gunked up here. He also probably wouldn't be called Bald Bull.), he was eating chocolate bars during the fight, Bald Bull gets angry by this and knocks the chocolate bar out of his hands. Doc becomes angry by this and nearly kills Bald Ball (ruining his face which is why he looks like.). He probably would've been arrested because of attempted murder (which would explain why there was the WVBA warning when Little Mac took Doc's chocolate.). Now after recovering, Bald Bull probably would get A LOT of fame after the incident with people asking how his face got ruined. I also think that after the incident, he probably got a disorder making him act the way he is in Punch Out Wii. His anger would slowly build until he starts unleashing lethal punches (this would be the intro you would see in Punch Out Wii). This would also be why Bald Bull really seems to really hate Little Mac.
What if instead Mac decided to go against the World’s strongests fighters and that’s why he retired.So he go into Super Smash Bros.It’s a much happier ending.Now we actually see Doc Louis in his Victory Poses showing that he’s proud of Mac.He even gets to train people even more in the spirits mode of Ultimate.

What I think happened was he was about to have a match with Bald Bull (I don't think he would have his face gunked up here. He also probably wouldn't be called Bald Bull.), he was eating chocolate bars during the fight, Bald Bull gets angry by this and knocks the chocolate bar out of his hands. Doc becomes angry by this and nearly kills Bald Ball (ruining his face which is why he looks like.). He probably would've been arrested because of attempted murder (which would explain why there was the WVBA warning when Little Mac took Doc's chocolate.). Now after recovering, Bald Bull probably would get A LOT of fame after the incident with people asking how his face got ruined. I also think that after the incident, he probably got a disorder making him act the way he is in Punch Out Wii. His anger would slowly build until he starts unleashing lethal punches (this would be the intro you would see in Punch Out Wii). This would also be why Bald Bull really seems to really hate Little Mac.

What if instead Mac decided to go against the World’s strongests fighters and that’s why he retired.So he go into Super Smash Bros.It’s a much happier ending.Now we actually see Doc Louis in his Victory Poses showing that he’s proud of Mac.He even gets to train people even more in the spirits mode of Ultimate.
