  • What is the difference between an IT system analyst and an IT business analyst? The two roles have quite some overlapping responsibilities but are still very different in nature. In this video I will provide you with detail about what makes the role of a systems analyst so different compared to the role of the business analyst.

Hey do you consider any of these two careers good for freshers? Can these roles be considered good options for an entry-level job?
    Thanks!!

Would you consider support engineer a good role?

It depends. I assume that role is more geared towards technical support aka help desk/service desk. I would see it as a good starting point and then grow your career from there, but do not enough about you and your existing skillset.

@@ITCareerGuide it is a role that is geared to assist customers with the softwares and programs the company uses. If the customer has an issue with the software and needs troubleshooting, this is where the support engineer comes in.

Is it possible to make career change into dev ?

For sure. Pick 1-2 coding languages and learn those. Do some projects and show them via Github so that you have a portfolio of your work going.
