I'm curious to know is the sole purpose of the role is to only be a liaison between the client, and the developers, or are there cases where you need to speak to perhaps the marketing team (if applicable) who'll have a copywriter on staff that'll maybe make sure the copy on the project is optimised.
Are projects always going to involve software development or related ?

No you can deal with any department from HR, Marketing, Frontline staff literally everyone who’s in the business it depends on the project and what the goal of the project is

Hello sis hope you good what can one do to try break into the BA space without experience well i have already attained a certificate in Business Analysis with FTI in 2019 and i always try reach out with people whos already in that space and i am 1st line support currently but experience shandis inzima hle

I think the first great step is the certificate you have. Try looking for jobs apply on linkedin and make sure your profile is updated. Also invox people in linked in who work in HR or are business analyst. I think you’ll go for junior level BA jobs and you’ll end up growing. Also look for the project team in your area and approach the BAs and project managers. Good luck

IT qualifications helps alot, however it’s not always required

I am currently working as a business analyst, I completed a 3 year degree in Bcom and then did a 1 year qualification in IT systems and developments. So that really helped me a lot.
