This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my TH-cam channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 866 subs and > 500 hours of watch time. From what I saw in a tubebuddy video, optimization strength actually works the opposite, green good for you, red bad, you can also see the number of exact matches to the right which is sort of another indicator of that
This is 100% TRUE...you are right. She missed that....Optimization being in the deep dark green is GOOD for you and your channel.

Regards to "Optimization Strength" - I think POOR means all other videos are excellent Optimization, and EXCELLENT means I have better chance of ranking better if I Optimize my video well as the rest are not well Optimized.

I use keyword explorer on every video. Sometimes changing titles a few times before settling on a good title. The RIGHT title bumps up CTR.
