This is my experience: 1. Once the video is dead it's dead (if it has 0 new views for a long time it's dead) 2. As long as it's going you can do A/B test of thumbnails (check thumbnailtest) 3. It's better to focus on making a better video next time than repairing and overthinking the old ones I'll be posting a video today that talks a little bit about that!

SEO is not the thing that affects it most - it's picking the right topics - which you can do with VidIQ. Topics = 80%, SEO = 20%. After that it's CTR x Watchtime. You have to make them click and keep them watching

VidIQ is the best way. Tubebuddy is close, but I never used it. A free way - I don't know about it. Maybe VidIQ free package would be best then
