Thank you! I've been debating therapy for years, but finally got different insurance coverage that covers it so was an easy no brainer! Super fortunate to be in this position where I can take the time and have the money to take this step for myself!

A friend of mine goings to Women's Place.They are great and they are Free. They do it over the phone. She works in mental health but she going though something.

That’s awesome she is getting the help she needs as well! I have mental health services covered through my non-Ohip insurance provider so I’ve been going through that system!
