CYPRUS KITESURFING CHAMPIONSHIP - KING OF KITE 2022 WITH VALENTIN RODRIGUEZ

The 9th annual KING OF KITE competition hosted by former world kitesurf champion Valentin Rodriguez at Kahuna Surfhouse, Cyprus. It is the only competition of its kind in the Mediterranean and attracts not only local Cypriot athletes but competitors from all over the world. The event runs over 3 days and is hosted by a different professional kitesurfer each year. Our hosts are always the best in the world in their discipline; champions, former champions and Olympic gold medalists. The host athlete comes to Cyprus for 4-5 days and holds seminars, workshops, tours the island and also independently judges the competitions to crown the King and Queen of Kite. During the event the vibe is incredible, 3 days full of action, pop up shops, food stalls, DJs, bar and a lot more.

Kahuna Surfhouse is a fully equipped kitesurf, surf, efoil, wing and stand up paddle centre open all year round. Our location is only 10-15 minutes away from the airport and city of Larnaca.
