The bottom line is the conference got their hands on $164 million dollars and there was no way they were going to let that go. They made themselves a loophole to be able to hang on it and do whatever they wanted with it. God bless Dr. Vine for his truth and love of God.
From what I understood, Dr. Conrad Vine never said that the para-church or home churches should keep the tithe, but instead the tithes from these faithful members should go to the conferences that are preaching the truth and contending for the faith which was once delivered to the saints, adding that the conferences that go woke will go broke. Also that the faithful should follow the advice of Elder Ted Wilson at his inauguration--hold our leaders accountable.
We were warned that all sin will be exposed in these last days. It’s really not looking good for church leadership… we need to pray for the leaders to come to repentance and correct any wrongs they have done before it’s too late for them & before it causes a split in the church. The ball is in the GCs court… they’re the ones with the power to repent and keep the church united or carry on persecuting those who expose their sins and divide the church. It’s the GCs wrongs that are dividing the church, not the messengers exposing those wrongs…

@@Desire_of_Ages Praying for "Judas" would not be asking God to overlook sin, it would be for "Judas" to see his sin and repent, to ask forgiveness! We want the GC to see their wrong and apologize.
GC your sin is showing! We were told and held as hostage about titles for years! Now it’s coming out in the open about tithes! I was heavily burdened by tithes giving, such that I felt guilty when I couldn’t pay it some weeks and could only afford offerings. I felt so guilty about not being to pay and sometimes try to make up. It’s been tough not being able to pay to or buy food. Im glad this opening up and freeing myself of this guilt. It’s sad.
Don't use this an excuse for sin brother. We should give out of love not out of a grudging heart. Tithing and giving offerings z biblical. Never think of withholding God's money and use it for your personal ends. You will not like the consequences
Good, do not give in to the manipulation of tithe, they thing to highly of themselves, like gods. Tithe is for old testament for a reason, as for acts of goodwill: better do it yourself when situations arise than to give it to the wolfs of sda.
We do not PAY tithe. We RETURN tithes. There's a fundamental lesson behind that. We RETURN what is God’s. God gave us the strength and ability to work, and we return a tenth and offerings to the glorification of His name on this earth. Another important lesson I've learned is this: You are better off with 90% with God than 100% without Him. The weekly Sabbath puts a check on time. The monthly tithe puts a check on money. Both teach stewardship and reflect our relationship and fidelity to God. May God find us faithful in all aspects of our lives
@@okolmichael3871I would rather give my tithe to a group focused on using it for God's ministry. This potential misuse by the conference causes the loss of both its credibility and the trust of the members. While I like to give my tithe in good faith I'll send my tithe instead to something of direct community outreach or Bibles that are at times given to the new guests.
By virtue of the fact it was a “variance”, it’s an admission that it was handled differently. Whatever the justification, a variance is just that…a variance.
Wow! "The sin of the world's impenitence lies at the door of the church." GC 389.1! This is about to explode in these men's faces. The Lord is allowing CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) and the Unified Ledger to come upon the world to expose and overthrow their tables one last time. Unless they confess and repent their 161 years of misgivings, This will be their sentence, "But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money." As the Seventh-day Adventist church is becoming embroiled in further disputes arising out of the COVID crisis, the leadership of Liberty and Health Alliance reaffirms with vigor our belief in the soundness of the doctrines of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. We believe in a God who never changes, nor does His truth. We believe that the Lord will have a Remnant that will meet Him at His return. Therefore, we call upon ALL members of the body of Christ to unify together in truth, in liberty of conscience, and in the mission we have been given by Christ, always avoiding bitter disputes. Certainly, there are issues that our Church must address, but may we do so in brotherly love, listening to and caring for one another. It is our prayer that you may be strengthened in the faith. Amen.
if the amount is big enough, the policies will not be followed. if the amount is small, the policy will be followed. If the blessing is big enough, then the blessing will be used in the way we want not the way that small blessings are used. Audits by a worldly audit company are worth nothing.
For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Therefore whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops. Let us continue to pray for the leaders of the conference that they will set their pride aside and repent first to Christ and secondly to all of the church members under the S.D.A. umbrella. Despite all that is going on we are to love as Jesus loved. God will Himself settle the score and not we the church members.
He said a Para Church movement led by Laity bypassing the storehouse. This is very different than what they did. They votes and agreed with the lower levels of organization. What Randy Roberts is saying is off too. He was referring to deviating from policy without agreement on women ordination, church said no 3 times and they still wanted to do it. In tithe case it was agreed on due to large amount and voted on. So many Adventist are so bitter they are willing to accept any accusation against leadership. Lastly all employed by church receive a salary there is zero personal benefit to GC individuals to 100mil donation or 50k none at all and I would chllage anyone to show proof otherwise or quit your accusation.
