I have beaten his first lap until the wallglitch multiple times and I have a 36.6 first lap live vs his ghost. The run isn't as strong as it looks but it's hard to beat that.
It's incredibly difficult to get a consistent run on this track. The sub appears to be close but I wouldn't be suprised if it still takes a while before it's achieved.
