Doc on the farm property having a new septic tank and drain field installed. It's estimated that the septic system is roughly 35 - 45 years old. The new system will easily handle the new home.

Interesting stuff! Just curious how you found the farm property. Everything is so expensive in our area, and demand is so high, that most properties that size sell before they are ever formally listed! Congrats on the new video material! I’ll be watching to see how your first crops come in this summer!
