New player here, I accidentally picked Jin as my second character thinking it was Noel because I wasn't paying attention and his picture is so damn girly. Instantly got to Susano without understanding the game at all, he basically played himself and now I got a permanent time slow + ice spikes support addition and I never have to touch him again (don't like him), which is nice. Also I did ~15 runs total and I just came back from one where I absolutely destroyed Susano (and everything else) with Noel. Even her (supposedly bad) default triangle skill shreds him and keeps you out of harms way if you use it in the sky. The Sleipnir laser is a boss delete button if you use it at the right moment, her upgraded moveset in the air just makes her untouchable and extremely mobile, and the 5x downward shots just delete ANYTHING. Dante's 'trickster' can't compare to that s****. If that's the B tier experience, this game will probably only get challenging when I start hurting myself with entropy AKA pacts of punishment from Hades. Also also my main is Es, she is single-handedly about to get me into the real BlazBlue lol.
I was really surprised by a lot of these placements. Granted, I'm still only playing on entropy 30 and haven't fully upgraded anything, so I'm not at the true end game. It's crazy to see how everything changes there. Hibiki was the best feeling character I have played so far. I might have just been playing out of my mind that game, but I felt unkillable and the shadow clone potentials just ate every boss I fought. Totally agree on Jin and Hakumen's spots. Noel felt stronger than Tao because of random moves getting I-frames, but I haven't built Tao the way you said since I don't like playing her very much. I actually struggled with Ragna, but it's probably because I just don't like spending health in video games. I know you touched on it with Jin, but it'd be cool if you did a quick tier list of all the inheritance effects. I like using Tao's and Jin's for the cc, but I'm sure you've got more experience to lean on.
As stated at the start of the video, this is a very subjective tier list for the most part. Hibiki is a case where, at least in my experience, just felt overall very awkward to use, with the lack of certain Potentials that exponentially increase his viability. His movement and air attacks also felt slightly weird to use, compared to everybody else. That is not to say however Hibiki cannot win, he most certainly can. And if you feel Hibiki is the best to play for you, more power to you! I'm always open to hearing the sides of everyone else, compared to my own experience with the game. :3 -R4nger
I remember when Jin came out at the end of early access and just dying of laughter at how easily he can cheese the game. Stasis and what may as well be permafreezing enemies was hilarious. Beat Susanoo first try with him. He also has Judgment Cut. And everyone loves a good Judgment Cut. And then we get to Ragna and the fact that he comes the closest to getting his entire moveset from the mainline games here along with hilariously potent self-heal, it's not at all shocking he's as strong as he is. Protagonist power is too strong. Another thing. Kokonoe's Banishing Rays are so good that they just shred anything that has the misfortune to touch them. Her shrapnel (especially when it can apply cold/slow) makes her jump/dash attack far stronger. Damn I love this game. All it needs now are Makoto, Bullet, Nine, Kagura, Azrael and someone crazy like Relius or Tager.
I mainly disagree on the mei ranking.yes being mobile is cool until you realise that a lot of levels are small or filled with traps where mobility will just make you ru into spikes.
listening to my favorite Angry Czech Editor while looking at all of the pretty characters doing flashy and cool animations was fun even if i didn't understand a single word that was said however, i disagree with lambda's spot on the tierlist with sole reasoning that cute anime girls with mech wings is one of my favorite genders
Everybody thinking jin is ez mode 90%, wont even know how to play him at his rhythm. For those that dont know, even his refular attacks get massively buffed if you time your attacks to right after he sheaths his sword instead of button mashing. Its over double dmg
Exactly. Jin is op only if you play him like he is supposed to be played. Playing him like other units will give you a subpar experience. He is not meant for absolute beginners
I give her tripple dash + Potential cause damage when dash + Ice/Lightning max skill and I can clear the map without healing. I think she is good and easy to use.
I just got the game a few days ago and I will tell you. Even though my favorite is lambda 11, es made my run feel like such a cakewalk by the way I've been playing with pure Shadow I have not even tried the other elements yet and I'm using the past that gives me like a 56% chance to only get Shadow because I think it's a fun play style and I want to play every character with Shadow first and then I'm going to slowly go down the elements I normally would not play this way but because of the fusing two of your past characters into your new character thing I do it for consistency. And some of the other characters they feel good to play but it feels like you have to be more skilled in using their combos or something versus just straight up button mashing and destroying everything.
Surprised that Hibiki was lower than Noel. Not matter what I do I cannot for the life of mine get any use out of Noel. With Hibiki runs are pretty mid but workable. Noel? I just cant.
Most of the ranking places and the reasons for it i totally agree(especialy ragna cuz he is littr unkillable) but i have to disagree on lambda and noel. While it is true that lambda has a slow and weak early game , a lot of her potental she get as the game progress can be rl strong(luminous + triple jump can pretty much destroy all small and airborne enemies, heavy atk potential + cosair sabre = shred standard enemy in 1s with only heavy atk...).Noel on the other hand has really rediculous damage even in early game , run the mind crystall that boost damage when have debuff + combo damage boost is rl strong.Beside that , once you master her recoil mechanics , you r able to avoid getting damage simply by just playing the game. While i think both of them deserve to be A tier , if to choose 1 i prob choose noel
Just 1 example of how noel damage is insane : when combo reach 500( mean 200% damage boost ) + 60%( from debuff mind crysta damage boost) + 50% (from her passive ) + using the potetial in bullet rain that let her shoot 1 explosive bullet = 10000 damage (ofc this need certain potentiall damage boost but still in 100 entrop its not rl matter)
In terms of Lambda, I agree completely. Lambda at max potential is actually giga strong, and Luminous feels extremely good especially in the Ruins, which has a lot of flying, weak enemies. Noel is a harder case, my logic with her was mostly the fact that a lot of her strongest potentials sorta keep her locked in place for most of the duration. Albeit her Universal Enhancements do provide Dodge Invulnerability for a lot of it. The point there was mostly just that the fact that she DOES get locked in place for certain things, it wastes Stage Timer, forcing you to dash or jump if you DON'T have Dodge Invuln on it yet. But I dunno, maybe Noel and Lambda ARE bottom of A instead of Mai, leaving Hibiki alone at B tier. Thank you for the feedback!
Full name would be Λ-No.11-, so technically Lambda No.11. But in both the dub and jp pronunciation of the character, they just call her Lambda for short.
As a player since early access launch, hakumen at anything less than top one is genuinely just spreading misinformation. I am completely baffled as to how you could even come to that conclusion…
Hakumen is strong, but he's lack of speed, both movement and attack, and he doesnt have enough cc/AoE to handle a crowd of enemies, A or S tier is suitable, forget 'bout the S+
Came for funny Darkest Dungeon man, got Angry Czech Editor instead.
BBEE is a very special game that if ask 100 person there's 100 tierlist very subjective 😂😂
You make a lot of really good points here Ranger, however I must offer my counter-tier list:
All F because not one of them is a buff woman
Found the Woolie alt 😂
I was not expecting a video on such a niche game I love on this channel, kudos!

I once died with Ragna because I hit his SP skill in the wrong direction while i had really low amount of hp in the omega space, my luck is just -999

Es is arguably my fav character from the main games, so seeing her be so strong here is very nice.
Es mains rise up

Never think about Ragna is Tier S+. it might be that I player very early Ragna which was really difficult to control his HP and attack.
hmm, shuff sound different today. joking aside, interesting to know that another poster child get sooo many love from the dev team

I want tager and jubei in here really badly
Jin is always top tier in every BB game. That's a universal fact
Probably should've gave a spoiler warning :/ haven't gotten to the final boss yet
Now that we have coop some characters are in even better position.
Still sad no Hazuma.
For real we need haz asap
im confused, why do you call her Lambda? isnt her name No.11 ?
Full name would be Λ-No.11-, so technically Lambda No.11. But in both the dub and jp pronunciation of the character, they just call her Lambda for short.
@@ShuffleFM ohhh I see.. thanks!
it's true!
noel is S tier easily, you forgot the most broken thing is her bloom upgraded, first try susanoo with it
No Litchi? 😢
Dude can you really not see how the picture of the character you have on the right side is blocking gameplay???

why is your voice different
Instead of the funny Darkest Dungeon man (Shoofle), this was voiced by me, the Angry Czech Editor (R4nger).
@@ShuffleFM Damn, i hope shoofle didn't have overconfidence or smth,he was pretty funny
