Regarding Pyramids I came across "PMC, HINDI" and other PMC in different indian languages TH-cam channels They are teaching pyramid making, and they use it for meditation. They advice to keep this pyramid (may be made from Cartons, or metal etc) on head just like a cap and meditate. Also I myself prepared a small pyramid from the carton box and kept some fruits, chilli, fruits under it, at room temperature, and some chilli, fruits outside at room temperature I found that the fruits, etc under the pyramid remain in good condition, compared to the ones outside. So it's a good way of keeping fruits, veg etc fresh without a refrigerator. Also if this small pyramid structure held on the body part where there is pain, it reduces pain within very short time.
