The video clearly mentions as South India. I don't know why North people have to say this as whole India while they formerly frowned upon us as rice bags. If something from South India is accepted globally then it's India else they are North and we are South. Irrespective of the North Indian hypocrisy South Indian are a way different in their cultural identity as Malayalis, Tamilians, Telengus, and Kannadigas. So are the North East Indians who don't give up the identity as Bengalis, Mizos, Nagas, Manipuris. The rest of the others Hindi First tongue majority states are North Wallahs in India. This is the basic cultural identity.

I came across this when I was in one of the many White villages in Spain back in school, abroad study stuff. We were on a trip and had free time to get food or whatever, ended up finding this tucked away, sketchy, empty Indian restaurant. Honestly felt like someone was going to steal my liver. Got chicken curry and this delight right here, ever since I could NOT remember the name but this helped me so much, as ive really fallen in love with the taste, thank you!!

Bro I am an American citizen living in India since when I was 3 years old. So, with my experience I want to say that add a half teaspoon of sugar in the sambar and mix well and dip the piece of dosa in the sambar as well as in the coconut chutney. It is the best combination I have ever tasted
